  • It's all fun and games until Dexter gets back.

  • You should have seen the one I saw! It was a hornet about 7 inches long. WHOA! Had a big gold stinger and everything.

    FUCK THE NWO!

  • @MrDuffy81 - Blah, blah chemtrails, blah blah morgellons, blah blah "wake up sheeple!".

  • @frostek Shut upyou pathetic little fuck.

You have no idea what you are talking about. THAT IS all you hear isn't it...you just can not process facts, because you are bombarded by so much rhetoric that that is how you understand the world now. Your brain needs a tune up.

Here, watch my video about the experience, you fucking queerbate.

    watch?v=BRw7zR9tszQ

You're just a fly that bugs people; you are very close to getting smacked when you act like that you little twirp.

  • @MrDuffy81 - "Occupation: Warrior of the Light, Poet, Counselor, Alchemist, Visionary, Shaman, Healer, Teacher, Lover, Theologian, Philosopher, Crusader For Justice, Advocate of Truth, Brother, Friend"

I doubt you'd be much good at any of these if I can fill you with hate so easily.

Also, I've given you the benefit of the doubt, and watched some of your videos. Sorry, but I found them kind of sad. You're so far out there I doubt I could have any kind of rational discourse with you.

  • @frostek LOL. You said it twice: "I doubt...I doubt..."

THAT is why you are a visionelss fool: YOU DOUBT...

Read what the man known as jesus said about DOUBT from the pages of the bible...

And I have NO hatred in my body. You mistake indignation for hatred, and that is just WRONG.

I'm not far out; it is that I understand EVERYTHING, and you do not, so your thoughtless conclusion is that they are "sad" when in factm you seem to be the sad one.

I AM 100% logical and rational.

  • @frostek I am a mirror.

If u don't like what you see in me, it is only because of what you are projecting, yourself.

How is that for a philosophy and a poet, u daft punk?

Your mind is like a house where you live with all of your belongings in only one of the many vacant rooms.

Your world feels small because you have all of your thoughts stuck in one place.

You need to re arrange your mind and put all of your belongings in the proper spot and learn how to use your resources better.

  • nice work

  • the entomopters will be used to hunt those against the NWO...

  • awsome nano technology is the way of the future soon we will have technology that can mend its self & also morph its appearance we,ve come a long way

  • Today, this; tomorrow, manhacks.

  • @AlexBoggs13 THE HAAAAAAAACKS

  • Today, this; tomorrow, manhacks.

  • anyone else notice the 1/3 frame rate? this "amazing" thing stays aloft for a whole 5 seconds......

the Quadrocopter is much more practical in all respects.

  • Wow, that works pretty good, excellent job.

  • thumbs up if u got this link from bbc focus mag!!

  • Glad to see we are getting somewhere with flap flight in lack of better words.

There is much to learn from watching birds and insects

  • I didn't know there were any bee's left to hire?

  • @Torpedoeight - You should check for them on Beester, the premier social media site for bees.

  • That Mercury craft @ 1:50 is amazing! I wonder what flight time the battery gives?

  • Up to 20 mins according to August's BBC Focus magazine, and they're hoping to improve it.

  • @ashton1015 : What kind of battery is it? I use Lithium Polymer batteries but they must be using something more exotic to be getting flight times like that.

  • The birds! Aaaahh!

  • Now, if you were an advanced alien race, would you send huge clunky space ships to the surface, or would you imitate the natural world in order to keep tabs on those stupid humans???

Maybe the bugs ARE bugs? haha

    ;-)

  • Whoaa..

  • this is the one that they show the public.. think bout how small the ones behind closed doors are...=/ could they already be out there among us...? id put my money on it unfortunitly ...=/ then think bout things they make that we cant see... nano technology... SCARY...

  • Why don't they just hire a Bee?

  • PETA would go apeshit if they used bees. How dare they put a bee in harms way!

  • Bees are notorius for switching sides - that's why they can't be hired.

  • @winker11725 LOL

  • @winker11725 lol!

  • @winker11725 research entomopters

  • I was riding my bike reallly really fast cos my friend was chasin me and I swallowed one!

  • Was it yummy?

  • kinda like cheese.

  • Yeah, no one would see that thing flying into a room. "Spy robot" my ASS!

  • Actually, someone would see it, but would be so freaked out he/she would try to hit it with a newspaper or a pillow to kill it...

  • how is the energy efficiency?

  • This is so CUUUUUTE!

    I want oooooone!

  • Это супер!!! Я так понял - это режим зависания!

  • Ummm is anyone else scared of this thing?

Imagine if that thing was surveiling you from outside your window.

Now imagine if someone sent one of those to kill you.

    We're screwed. :)

  • yea we better be carefull with these.

did you ever see some of the projects that D.A.R.P.A is working on. they got things like mechanical spider spys and even working on future terminators.

  • Political debates aside, I wonder why they had to isolate the testing area. Such a small bot wouldn't likely make a mess even if insanely out of control...

  • so it doesn't get damaged itself, they don't look strong and the wings hitting those shelves wouldn't do it much good (it'd be a pain trashing your prototype during tests)

  • Because the little thing is too unstable to fly if there's the slightest breeze.

  • The US military considers civilian casualties (the ones they cause anyway) a waste of resources and counter-productive. I would think you'd WANT them to be able to differentiate between combatants and non-combatants.

Look up YouTubes of 'Wired for War'.

The author says robots would report unjustified actions by the human soldiers as war crimes.

BTW: DARPA money spent on robot butterflies means less money for killer cyborg chimps.

  • more technology to spy on the american people.

  • your either a russian or a german if you are a german your a nutsy

  • nope. just someone who enjoys my freedom and is alarmed at the rate at which our freedoms are disappearing

  • "nutsy."

  • if i was a nutsy then why am i asian you moron

  • what the hell are you talking about?

  • sorry i sent the wrong coment

  • it's cool homie.

  • Nice job !!!!!!!

    5 stars from TheJapanChannel !!

Check out our videos too if you have time!

  • What's the purpose? I can buy a small RC helicoptor for 25 bucks in WalMart that does the same thing.

  • it is hard to control it

  • Can it carry a nuclear warhead?

  • Wow! Now thats just plane fun. It would make a great toy!

  • That's wicked ;)

  • Robots always work better, it would seem, when mimicking nature.

  • Orgel's rule at work...

  • Most human technology and science is after all derived from studying nature, it's had a great deal more time to evolve then we've had to understand it. ;)

  • if i ever see anything remotely like that hovering near me, i'll knock out of the air and crush the fuckign thing. i don't care who owns it, be police, gov, who the fuk.. or how much taxpayer money was wasted on it.. i'll destroy the fucking things. so.. just a heads up to anyone thinking of ever using anything like this.

  • wow i bet they will rethink making it now.............

  • @LETHLSS - I'm sure nobody considers you worth spying on. You'll probably just make some neighbour's kid cry when you break their toys.

  • @frostek Hey faggot. Do u comment to everyone on the board cuz u are a fucking retard, or because you just play one on the internet?

  • Not much better than the havoc heli. I thought the gov't. already has bee and dragonfly sized flying robots. Maybe they should license this technology to Air Hogs.

  • Many questions remain:

How can this technology be used to kill innocent civilians while the U.S. government interferes in the internal politics of their nation?

How many missiles will it be able to carry? Will it be able to disperse biological and chemical agents?

How do the people that create this amazing technology sleep at night and ignore the ways in which the government will likely put it to use? Is a fat government-issued paycheck enough to ignore the ethical and moral implications?

  • Everything good can be used for anything bad; Anything bad must be combated by everything good.

  • BA :D Bulgaria hade prototypes since the 1980 :D:D:D i can't understand for what is this big noise.

  • е тия са първите които ще ползват за военни цели в комерсиални количества :) тфа му е интересното предполагам...

  • Эт чё за язык такой прикольный?

  • Can it fire nukes? hope it can fire nukes... lmao

  • this technology is older then my first shit

    its called a hand-me-down

  • He's not a pro pilot. You are supposed to use your thumb and index finger to hold the stick for maximum sensitivity, stability and reliability.

  • This is quite interesting. Now, how to make use of this technology on a larger scale...

  • Awesome...

    Congratulations... incredible job of engeneering

  • farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt :-)

  • oh good. Just what we need an electronic hummingbird.........I prefer the real ones thank you. Man cannot improve on Nature, no matter how hard he tries.

  • no one can seriously be this daft.

  • to @ JazzpjD, ... but he can be inspired by Nature, better go back to the dark ages...

  • We are already headed that way, or haven't you been paying attention?

  • @JazzpjD - I hope you didn't watch all this then jump to the conclusion that the goal is to replace existing hummingbirds? lol.

Also, we constantly improve on Nature, everywhere we go.

  • @frostek WHO IMPROVES ON NATURE?

That is what LUCIFERIANS (satanists) claim.

They think that they can improve upon God's creation. so they find the molecular structure of something in a science lab and try to synthesize the same structure. It is lucifer's way of convincing himself he is as good as God, so the metaphore goes...

I know that you do not believe in God, but that is like not believing in numbers. There is MUCH proof of God, if only one looks hard and walks the long road.

  • @MrDuffy81 and some people find evidence of god by studying nature... I.E. looking at a molecule's structure in a lab. The tree of knowledge was the tree of knowledge "of good and evil" and eating from it meant the first sin was disobedience to god. Knowledge itself is not sinful. Being an ignorant brute in no way serves to glorify god who gave use that faculties to appreciate his creation. Mimicry is a form of flattery. We have hardly improved upon anything.

  • @alancj05 LOL! You just wasted those words to agree with me in a non agreeable manner.

  • @frostek Watch David Wilcock 2012 Event Horizon, if u want to deprogram some of that rhetoric based thinking. It will be good for you, if only to go be a troll with some Godly people...

    Peace, fucker.

  • you are just bare stupid

  • This isn't nano technology.

  • no its just called nano due to its size

  • Illustrating just how foolish, or prone to overhype, the people naming the project are.

  • There are 20,000 nano humingbirds controlling the main mothership

  • Manhack?

  • Needs a lil red light lol

  • Not criticizing, just asking: how is this better than a mini helicopter?

  • Comment removed

  • No tail rotor, no double rotor..

  • the key here is solar energy to power it up.

  • The only restriction upon this technology - is how long it can fly on one charge of it's batteries.

I have a remote-controlled helicopter toy that will work for several minutes on it's own rechargeable battery. Military UAV's need to stay up for hours.

  • dude, n1!

  • Where can I buy it ?

  • But I wonder, why the „wings flap horizontally instead of vertically. Looks like except for the flapping part, it has nothing to do with how birds fly. This thing could not glide for example.

  • Hummingbirds fly in a similar fashion.

  • Comment removed

  • The wings probably tilt as they flap so they are angled and therefor push air down.

I think its a bit like humming bird so it is related to bird flight.

  • Coming soon to spy on you all.

    War is peace,

    freedom is slavery,

    love is hate,

    intelligence is stupidity.

  • Two and two are four.

    Sometimes they are five.

    Sometimes they are three.

Sometimes they are all of them at once.

  • Hey I like to think like that, it freaks people out. XP

  • Coming soon to an office cubicle near you.

  • It CAN be done! o.O

  • Fascinating, thanks for sharing.

  • I can't wait till we have little fairy pda's that fly around us like assistants!

  • It even looks cute ^_^

  • Inventing such things for DARPA (US Military) is criminal. They think they are just having fun doing interesting things or just making a living but there are consequences for empowering governments with such tools.

Why is DARPA interested in this technology? For tiny, silent, highly controllable, zero accountability reconnaissance. Bad idea.

  • There are loads of useful commercial technologies in use now that were originally developed for military applications. Regardless of what DARPA intends to use this for, once it makes its way into public domain, people would probably find great ways to utilize it in ways that would benefit us.

  • bitter much, eagsalazar?

You can call the military frustrating, bloated, authoritarian, whatever. But the US government/military is not evil.

  • authoritarian IS evil

  • Sweet idea. Let's fight and stop any promising technology research if it might have a military application. Let's have these smart guys find a good job in North Korea.

  • OP of this comment has a good point, to be honest, however... IMO army dudes could turn ANYTHING into a weapon. IMAGINE what they are doing to iphones... Saying the Military isn't and couldn't be evil is denying the rights people died for giantsnark, to question the government.

If you think the military is doing things for the good of the world, than you need to tell me who you buy your drugs from, they must be really good.

  • "IMAGINE what they are doing to iphones... "

No need to imagine, google it. iPhones are used by soldiers using ballistic programs to provide aiming cues, although some branch of the armed forces is planning something similar to an App Store for the military. Nothing evil about that though, there's nothing wrong with the military, only sometimes with the orders they're given by the commander in chief.

  • Read some modern history, eagsalazar. Good reconnaissance allows people to make better decisions. The U.S. spy plane program is widely credited by analysts with having prevented nuclear war. Example 1: The Cuban Missile Crisis.

  • If we don't do it, someone else will. I'd rather our country be the first.

  • Why is DARPA interested in this technology ??

Come on it will be used for our troops to look forward without putting themselves into harms way. Stop looking for bogey men !

  • Your view of history is apparently corrupted.

  • @eagsalazar - I can boil a kettle and either make tea or pour boiling water on someone. The technology is neutral.

You forget that the public will be able to make use of this technology too. There are many enthusiasts out there making equally good hardware without any government oversight and coming up with positive and innovative uses for it.

  • @frostek The shit the military has is so fucking advanced. I HAVE SEEN IT FLY MF! This is like the space program...They don't want people knowing that they are flying UFOs. They keep em thinking in 20th century level...THINK ABOUT IT, or GO GET SOME LIFE EXPERIENCE, and quit being a troll, and maybe someone will give a fuck about you so u don't have to resort to yelling at people as you drive by or trolling on YT like some faggot hooker slut.

  • did he died?

  • Gotta love progress. Keep up the good work guys!

  • awesome
