Hey guy. I got this from the Toshiba web for the NB205...

Computers configured with a 32-bit operating system can address up to 3GB of system memory. Only computers configured with a 64-bit operating system can address 4 GB or more of system memory.

some OS of 32 bits can also have 3,5 GB RAM

wow i thought Toshiba net books were difficult to upgrade.Can u send me a link to what kind of RAM model i should get..And also is it the same procedure as to upgrading the hard drive?
