He's just after taking money off the poor in a budget and the other guy calls him a hypocrite when he says how bad he feels about it, so he loses it. The truth hurts. You're right, the other guy (Stagg) is a twat and so is Gogarty. So are they all. OK, maybe there are three or four in there that are not too bad like Michael O'Twiddle-dee.
