Cocktail with W&M:

W&M 50 ml.

White Vermouth - 100 ml.

Pineapple juice - 100 ml.

Pina-colada 80 ml.

Juice of 2 slices of orange

1 cube of ice. All ingridiends mix in a shaker. Pour all into a tall glass. Slainte!

Mr Patterson's voice always reminds me of the great Charles Kennedy MP - no comments about alcoholics, I'm sure it was the political skirmishes that led him to drink (Charles I mean).
