That looks like a real good tutorial! And the music is fitting. Step 2 at 0:30 will look a lot different when you are a beginner like me :-) Also I'd say you would have to do this on a daily basis to get some results.

great splits. i like most when you bend forward in sidesplits and lay flat o the ground.
what about oversplits in that position with some books unde your feet?
