what happens exactelly in the joint when we loosen the hips ?

  • @MrFlyingKicker i just mean relax them a little....

  • @dan12bronsje

aha i got it , thanks alot this video was helpful for me

  • @MrFlyingKicker no problem ;)!

  • @dan12bronsje

But how exactly do you relax your muscles when you stretch them? And what do you do when your muscles get sore, even though as flexible as you are, you don't figure to have that problem now, you probably did at one time, so what did you do when our muscles got sore? Did you rest them, or stretch through the soreness, hoping that it would increase your flexibility even more?

  • Hi Danny,

this video is made great and your tips are very good.

In particular, the notice because of the turning of the hips and not just the head on the floor ;-)

    Keep going!

    MrSpooky

  • @MrSpooky99 Hi

    Thanx..

    I will!!!!

  • great splits. i like most when you bend forward in sidesplits and lay flat o the ground.

what about oversplits in that position with some books unde your feet?

  • @loopocz Thanx!!

Well I will try that! Thanx for the question ;-)

  • That looks like a real good tutorial! And the music is fitting. Step 2 at 0:30 will look a lot different when you are a beginner like me :-) Also I'd say you would have to do this on a daily basis to get some results.

p.s. I was live at the scene of the program that was running on your tv in the background while you were recording this tutorial. :-)

  • @audiofiel thank you so much!!

i know should i done it less good xD?

I said that also that you should practise everyday.

looool. Cool oh whaha i forgot you where dutch 2. Cool i think it was really nice there.xxx

  • @dan12bronsje I will actually try to follow your tutorial and give you some feedback later on. It's just a little imponing to see you flex so far and to have to copy that. Of course you can't help that :-)

  • @audiofiel ok good luck!!!

I like it if you give me some feedback!

  • This is a really good tutorial.

Easy to follow the exercises with you demonstrating so well.

Thanks a lot for making this and for posting it.

  • @SSFluffy No problem!! thank you so much!!
