Troy is not just a street performer his a icon, hes been doing that for a long time dispite being very talented, he does it because he enjoys it and passing the aloha spirit to who ever see's him play, lots of talented musicians play the streets cause they enjoy it not because they have too. Its ok to play the streets in Hono just need a permit. Aloha
Geez, the problem is talented Hawaii musicians pride themselves to much to hit the street's of Waikiki, but constantly complaining there's no work in Waikiki.
If you hit the street's, they will come and reward you for your talent's. Troy Fernandez is a good role model to follow

this girl is japanese and i believe she is a tourist, but she doesnt realize that thats Hawaii USA not Shibuya JAPAN and if she get cought she will be detained in immigration and deported to japan, unless shes got a work permit or citizenship, but i doubt that, i hope she is ok and wont do this kinda stupid things again !
