I've seen Rick in concert probably a dozen times in the last several years, and he's absolutely the most generous performer out there for his fans! He's an amazing musician and hasn't lost one ounce of HOTNESS over the years. In fact, since he's given up the 80's look, I believe he looks better now that 20 years ago!
Rick is 59 and that's definitely not old. He's resided in CA since the early '70s and if you ever speak to him in person you can most certainly catch that beautiful Aussie accent. He suffers from a long history of depression & again who hasn't at some point in their lives? All in all, he's a down to earth guy & very good to his fans.

Rick still has problems talking about his father, even if his death was years ago. He was very close to his dad so it's no surprise that anytime he has to talk about his parents, he looks/sounds sad.

It puts him in a catagory first of all and second, sometimes will be referred to being a "pop" artist. That in itself is negative. Pop artists come and go but rock musicians last.
He turns 59 this August, he sure doesn't look like it. He's taken very good care of himself. I read in a teen mag from the 80's that he ran 5 miles a day and was a vegetarian. I still love listening to his music; new & old.
