I am using tannin lotion to get a tan before prom on Saturday. I'm afraid that if I spray tan I'll get orange. Any recommendations?

@alisonisrad well veraspa is better than mystic because it uses beet undertones instead of carrot, so you won't look orange. go with versa

So I got my sunless tan with Versaspa, the girl at the tanning salon recommended the light tan. Well its been five hours and honestly my sister nor myself cant see the difference in skin shade. Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait?

@mayraelizam Sounds like the medium would haver been better. Usually you have to wait 7-24 hours to see the tan.

@misslegallyblonde It looks really good for about 3 days then it gradually fades. I would go every 5 days if I could. Most of the time I would just go once a week:o)

Hi, I have a very pale skin. I am going to a wedding in June and i would like to try it before in case i turn out to be orange. Does anyone who commented and tried the spray tan has pale skin? I would like to know if you looked a little orange or nice tan color. thank you

@edina3 They have a light, medium, and dark. You could try the light. I think you will be impressed with the color. It's really natural looking. It almost looks like freckles in some areas of the skin.

this is a great review! I just got mine done today. After it was done my face looked REALLY dark. Do you think that once I wash it, it will lighten a bit?

@sakigirl87 Yes, it will lighten up faster. Make sure you wait until the time allowed. Usually 7-12 hrs before you wash it off.

@rutube46 No, I've been to scared to get the dark. It's suppose to be 3-4 shades darker. I'll probably go for it this week though. I've gotten more color from the sun:o)

@Zoeebella Yes if you have some base tan built up now from the sun, the dark will probably look more natural, than if it was over pale skin!

Theres a place near me that does the Versa Spa or the Mystic ? Not sure which one. If I go do it I'll let ya know how it turns out!

@Lisasz09 I've heard some people say that they also had unlimited! Maybe this salon will do that soon. I don't think they've had the booth for very long, maybe 2 months. I'm loving it though. My mother is already sold by looking at my tan! LOL I think I'm going to wait until Thursday to go back and get the dark:o) *big hugs*

Thanks for this, I have always wondered. I agree that the price is worth it, especially because you aren't damaging your skin and risking cancer - besides, as dedicated busy mothers, we're worth it! Please update us as to how long it lasts etc. Who knows, it may keep me away from the little bit of time I do spend in the tanning booth;)

@sxyblndeflirt Hi Kim! I haven't decided, yet. I do have a tinted moisturizer by Chanel that I used last summer. I'll probably use that until I can get to the Chanel counter and matched up for the perfect shade:o)

U look great, keep your skin well moisturised, try not to stand in the shower for too long, and also when washing your hair try not to let the shampoo and suds come into too much contact with the rest of the body. Also pat, and not rub with a towel. x
