Deadpool is immortal, he never stops talking(boba fett never talks) and the healing factor isn't the only thing that makes him immortal! The comic book readers know that Death had a crush on him, but since he broke her feelings she never wanted to see him again so she made some kinda magic that would never allow his soul to die(go to the realm of the dead) so no matter what you can't kill him, because he doesn't live up to wemen expectations!
