  • whats that original song called?

  • Exelente man ! saludos desde CHILE :D

  • MAN COMO TE CONTACTO? TE DEJO MI FACEBOOK michel eduardo flores perez contactame man

  • @optimystikill FLslicer is really dope, and another FL plugin called SliceX is really good too, but the FLslicer is better if you simply want to chop every 4 or 8 beats of a sample. Works really good with the padkontrol too. I have almost the exact same setup as the one in this vid, except that he has a nicer USB turntable than me lol

  • excellent!

  • song name and artist please :)

  • tutorial showing how to use EDISON and the Flslicer?

  • @matyjr Check out my recent videos. I have a quick tutorial on the flslicer.

  • where can I download that beat man?

  • great beat

  • what do you think about padcontrol or mpd26 ?

  • real smooth wit it. question, what is your turntable plugged into.or is it usb?

  • @djDMANCQ Thanks man. The turntable is a USB stanton T.90. I have the L/R audio going into the audio ins on my audio interface.

  • @optimystikill I use Edison and the FLslicer to chop up my samples. You can also use slicex to achieve similar results.

  • What can I say Great !!!

  • wicked beat...........Still In Love - Natalie Cole

  • Can you please tell me how do you chop samples? I recently got me padkontrol and am tryin' to make some beats out of samples. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    BrBeat, peace

  • is it possible for you to do a tutorial on how you hooked it up.

thats a real soulfull track nice work,i do have fl 9 / and reason 4 im more familliar wth fl 9 right now i recently got the padkontrol and want to hook up some beats in both fl studio and reason 4

.anything you can share will be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance .DJ DMAN peace

  • dope shit dude lets colab?

  • Is this pad easy to use?

  • As shares in the sample vinyl padKONTROL ?

  • what program do you use?

  • @dipset554 I use FL Studio

  • @dipset554 I use FL Studio

  • sick ass beat

  • Great beat. Youre using FL Studio?

  • now you can just hook it up to your computer with midi and record with your studio software right? i have garageband i know, simple stuff, but i can create most of what i want for the time being with my keyboard and the sounds with that, what sux about garageband is that it has no real sounding drums in my opinion, so what i am asking is will it be able to record the beats into my track? i am kinda new...

  • @RoGQuizzno oh and i subbed..

  • i use to have one i dont like the felling of the pad semm of beat when you knok i use to have and akai mpd 18 and tat was beter than this but thats juste me also my pad break in 2 week and i have trouble detecting the machine 2 you look for a drum pad go for mpd32 buy the sensibily pad on mpcstuff.com

  • DOPE!!!!

  • com se llama el sample??????

    name sample ?????

  • Does the Korg padKontrol work good with Reason?

  • What program do you use to make beats. This has got to be one of the best samples i ever heard real talk

  • ih dude nice work!

I'll get my pad only friday (I can't wait....)

i was just asking myself about that:

how you keep your beat playing like in 2:15

maybe it's evident or mayybe not so...

    if you see my message....^

  • awesomw work,

  • hey i see the padkontrol doesnt have any sliders and not as much knobs as the trigger finger or mpd's is this a fall back ? I dont really know what the knobs and shit are for cause im knew

  • @KidQualityMusic No not a fall back at all. If you have a midi keyboard with sliders and knobs, then you are good. I guess it depends on how your production workflow is. Knobs and sliders are great for automation of your eq and effects. Gives you a more hand on approach to mixing and effects editing

  • @dasayheykid you got it!!!!!!!!

  • + dope point for using the PadK!

  • Your beats are Hot:) keep up the good work

  • I heard Korg has Amazing Pad Controllers. How much is this?

  • sounds great reminds me of a 9th wonder beat

  • can you uplaod sounds into the korg like the akai mpc?

  • i dont know i wasthinkin irts like another mpd24 look it up theyll tell u on a website where u can buy it at

  • nah it's a midi controller only, you store the samples in your computer.

  • Bro I want this beat bad!

  • post the mp3! I definitely want to use this beat on my next dj mix

  • yo da beat lookz tite homie.u gonna 2 put it up 4 a free download or iz it gonna have a price

  • aaah im still hesitating between mpd an korg can u help me?xDagain:D

  • @kissmarton I'm havin the same issue

  • yea:Dits really annoying wich one is better but i think MPD24 way better

  • Naw the 24 aint better, it doesnt even have note repeat. They discontinued the 24 in january and replaced it with the 26 the 26 has swing, tap tempo and note repeat. The same features as the 32 minus some faders and knobs. I would still probably go with the 24 over the padkontrol anyway though just cause im a hard core AKAI user

  • @kissmarton mpd has alot more control over all paramaters in reason, live, fruityloops....etc....u really dont use the mouse much with the mpd...I had a korg padkontrol, took it back for an mpd 24...never looked back...just keep in mind u gotta get the power cable seperate if you want the transport controls to work.......mpd is NICE with reason and recycle a record player and total recorder software to grab audio from your computers sound card.

  • thx

  • beautiful work..is this song avaiable for download ?

  • you have any thoughts on the Korg PadKontrol vs the akia mpd32?

    nice vid btw

  • Big up! Nice beat I dig it. I got a padKONTROL but I can't work out how you dump your slices on the pads any help from you guys? Thanks.

  • 4 real how

  • @bitnics what program you using? ableton, reason and traktor its pretty straight forward so let us know and i'll try and help more

  • nice beat man, great work.

  • Thanks man. Good looking out

  • how much did that cost

  • nice beat, but wats up with everyone using the 9th wonder snares lol, they are getting a little old.

  • @sponserdsk8ter Thats funny...I don't even have a ninth wonder kit.

  • can i make my own drums with the own software?because i hesitating how padkontrol ormpd24...

  • i mean you don't have to, all 9th does is take natural snares and do a little EQing.

    nice beat though, i subscribed.

  • Cool. Thanks for the sub still.

  • im havin a problem with my padkontrol....i have fl studios but i cant hear anything on my padkontrol.....help plz

  • why is ur fixed velocity button yello???

    mine is red :D

    grz dizzl

  • @daredisl lol its the cam i used...it's red

  • sonn thats fire!!! can i get that beat loll plzz

  • man tell me how u do it plz thx

  • Hey man.

It really depends on what DAW you use. The best thing is to get a drum pad to make it easier to do your drums. If you can also do it, get a regular midi controller for your basslines and melodies...

Other than that....listen and learn from a lot of your fav producers

  • thanks man and im gonna buy an mpd32:D

  • good mate like ya style

  • whats the original songs name

  • the modren beat digger...i envy you man

  • @mat1873 ay man can you help me...im a beginer and i want a drum machine...so wich one?:korg padKONTROL or AKAI mpd34??

  • pad kontrol-cheaper than mpd24.

    -more fun

-less nobs and buttns than the mpd24

    -easy to control building beats

akai mpd24-clutterd full of nobs and buttons and faders

-the amount of things on it mean that you can almost work your entire music software setup with it

but out of these two i think the pad kontrol is the best just because of how much fun it it :D

  • @mat1873 ok...but sry....i askin about the mpd34...

  • and why knobs and faders are problem??

  • well dae only a problem if you are planing to use them midi knobs and faders are a bitch to set up but it all depends on wut software you use and if you have a template for the drum machine

  • what interface were you using ?

  • nicely done

  • Great Work Man!!!

  • i could bike to this very nice =]

  • esta bueno el sample viejo !

  • i use m-audios trigger finger'

  • yo, dope shit man. I have a korg as well.. I know how chop and all that shit... the thing is, how do you record like you did? Please get at me, i'd appreciate it...
