It's still got a mysterious, maybe even sad, feel even knowing the lyrics. Not sure who he's singing about - a partner or someone who's no longer alive. Again a fluent speaker's knowledge would be welcome!

And that concludes my translation! Verse 8 and 9 are just repetitions of verse 4 and 5. Hope knowing the words hasn't put you off the song. It's one of my all time favourites!
