  • work out more eat less. that simple

  • Hormonal conditions?!? Bullshit. People with poor metabolism have no excuse for being fat. Generally eating well along with more frequent exercise than people with regular or fast metabolism is good enough to maintain a healthy weight. Only in the most severe cases does someone have actual medical conditions that prevent them from losing weight no matter what. 99.9% of people who are obese got their because of laziness and ignorance.

  • BBQ SAUCE 2:25

  • Martial arts is the way to go. I was getting fat when I was a child but bike riding and karate put me back into shape.

  • that's actually really sad...

  • @holographicplanet Indeed.

  • fat flip pony

  • Veganism really prevented me from getting too big. Now I'm 20 pounds less, and closer to my goal by working out. :) Good luck to everyone on the same journey.

  • Sucks having a eating disorder,

  • I have the solution. Make all the fatty foods expensive. Make a hamburger $5,000 each. Eat nothing but ceral and milk. And its much like this. If you are a obese person. You are a lion you only eat meat. Your food is harder to get and itis unhealthy. If You are a rabbit. You have lots of food sources. Producers.

  • I have been overweight all my life. This video was very informative and I think I will

try again to lose weight. I also found some good information on the website amiobese.

  • Man , i am so glad i am not fat anymore, i was 250lbs before , i got down to 160 now and i feel so much better not , i enjoy looking at myself in the mirror , screw fast food , having a sexy body is so much better.

  • heard its the second biggest health risk next to HUNGER-STRVATION-DEATH!!

  • He could survive for months on fat alone

  • it's about learning how to live healthy, the people who use drugs or surgery usually gain the weight back because they didnt learn anything. there is no easy way out to weight loss. as for slow metabolism, that is a bunch of bull crap. while some people may have a slower then average metabolism, it isnt going to make them 150 lbs over weight... Ive lost 115 lbs through diet, exercise, and willpower alone, and i understand how hard it is to lose, but its not even close to impossible

  • Man he is fat.

  • Gastric Bypass is simply an option for someone looking for a shortcut to lose weight. Eat healthier and exercise regularly, you'll loose the weight naturally! Put in the hard work and do it for yourself.

  • @AndyLinton I agree with you buddy! Nothing beats the diet program at the site WeightLossAction.Info.. My partner and I followed it and the results were really amazing.. We lost a bunch of weight really fast.. Well, my partner lost a bit more weight than me maybe because she's more persistant than I am.. hehehe..

  • @western790 now i gotta look that up, thanks for sharing the site :)

  • you know this is something alarming when NationalGeorgraphic is airing something like this

  • Obesity is entirely caused by food intake and activity. There is no fat gene. People who are obese actually have a HIGHER resting metabolic rate than normal people, the notion that your personal metabolism is to blame for your fat ass is a lie. Diet is the key. Gastric bypass, lap bands, surgery like that is just a diet enforced by surgery, to make it impossible to overeat. Do not allow yourself to become like this.

  • He's training for McDonald's SWAT team.

  • "IT IS ALMOST A CERTAINTY THAT I WILL DIE BECAUSE OF MY WEIGHT"

Geeessss! If only there was a way to prevent that from happening. **SARCASM**

  • Hormonal conditions...lol. We all know people who are fat are only fat because they eat too much pies and cakes and are lazy/lacking exercise.

    FATASSES!

  • lets leave him in a deserted island with vegtables ,water , and training exercises , this will solve the problem

  • everyone in my family is over weight. that's when i know diet will never work for me and I had to do something before it will affect my health eventually. my friend had surgery done by dr david of southcoastlapband in california 8 months ago. she had lost almost 90 lbs so far. i am seriously considering going for the procedure

  • @seamonyet It's quite possible for you to lose weight through diet and exercise alone despite genetic factors.Though they certainly do play a role in excess weight, lifestyle choices play a much greater role in determining your weight. The genetic factor only means that you will have to be extra healthy and manage your lifestyle more carefully. If you are blaming your excess weight on genetic factors alone and not examining lifestyle choices, surgery will be only a temporary fix at best goodluck!

  • im watching this because today is food day

please thumbs up if you agree with me that america is a real hell for the rest of the world

  • hormonal condition my ass

  • MEANWHILE IN AFRICA...

  • EAT A FUCKING CARROT

  • fat motherfucker

  • Fat people are a disgrace to society. They selfishly take up extra space and resources and make no effort to control their poor lifestyle. They eat up our tax dollars with fully preventable problems, and complain afterwards that society disrespect them. Jack Lalanne had it right when he said that physical culture and nutrition is the salvation of America : healthy individuals are happier and more productive, and overall better citizens who don't choke the healthcare system with grease.

  • @Q8379 Blame the parent,s they feed there kids, then they grow up and become more fat as a result of there poor eating habits as a child.

  • @ThinkingAgent12 But then you have to blame their parents, their grandparents and so on. We have to break the cycle at some point. Those fatties have to assume responsibility for themselves.

  • @Q8379 Wow. Vehemently, I agree but I think the government should make it illegal to be 50 plus lbs. overweight. And use them fines to pay our National Deficit!

  • @5032THFullest A better way would be to tax products that cause the most obesity, like McDonalds. That would be easier to pass through Congress since it looks like big mean corporations are targeted.

  • @Q8379 Yea

  • @Q8379 you are as ignorant as they come!!

  • @sanjamnjam And you are a selfish fatty who steals the taxpayer's dough

  • @Q8379 i'm sorry but i'm not fat but i dont just call off them as a disgrace. do you think that they would want to be in that situation? you should review the facts right. there is the fattest country in the world which located on a small island between america and australia 90% of people there are obese because of the junk food in america. and excuse me for blaming industrialism for making people lazy and constantly gaining weight, maybe u should throw out your trash before talking trash

  • @lum2ina So personal responsibility doesn't count anymore? So we can blame the big mean corporations because we don't want to make an effort ourselves and become fatasses? If you live in america, there is a bewildering choice of food and lifestyle available to you. So yes, fatties, by choosing not to control themselves and being hideously lazy, did choose to be fat. They brought it upon themselves. And don't tell me that it's a disease. Only 0,1% of the total have a legit reason for being fat.

  • @Q8379 YOU ARE HILARIOUS.there wouldnt any epidemic if everyone count "personal responsibilities". dont take everybody the same as u.they may have psychological problems, slow metabolism etc. hell yeah it's the companies fault!heart attack is raising and other complications caused by food industries. there are many other factors of obesity and unless u're a medical person shut up!OR maybe you'd blame people w other traits like anorexic, sillicone boobs. cause they're a "disgrace" too

  • @Q8379 You should be happy about this person that's trying to change his lifestyle, then.

  • @MrRancidrage I fully support his endeavor. However he is only one of many. 30% of the US population is overweight. If they all took steps to solve their problems, all americans would benefit immensely.

  • @Q8379 I totally agree. Eating disorders are one of the first worlds most destructive problems.

  • ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) y u no eat the special-k?

  • just curious does the fat have nerve system ????

  • I find it very hard to understand how society treats obesity. Why do people complain about obesity, when they themselves have not been obese before? I believe its hypocritical and insulting. So to all those people who complain that its your fault your fat, SHUT THE FCK UP, YOU'VE NEVER BEEN FAT BEFORE SO WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!!!

  • @TheEquivalentXchange Most people take the time to have a sensible lifestyle and that's why they are not fat. Obese people are the insulting ones : they are the biggest burden on the healthcare system, they take away the hard earned tax dollars of non-lazy people, they take up extra space and extra resources. People with real diseases go without treatment because fatties take up all the time and attention. And then fatties have the nerve to complain. You deserve only contempt.

  • @Q8379 I do understand and I agree what you have to say. However I find it kinda insulting that you just only single out obese people. Some individuals are born with some complications, no matter how much they control their own diet and lifestyle. But what about drug addicts, drinkers, or just darn stupid people who get hurt for fun. Or I guess they aren't part of it. Oh btw, those tax dollars earned go towards the general public, no matter what they have or what they've done.

  • @TheEquivalentXchange But drug addicts, alcoholics, smokers and idiots are treated with the disrespect they deserve, while fat people aren't and this is why I single them out. There even are "fat acceptance" groups that try to promote not caring. Sure, there are people who can't help it due to genetic problems, and my heart goes out to those poor souls but those are a very slim minority. 95% of obese people cannot hide behind that excuse. Healthier americans make a happier and productive country

  • @Q8379 alright I think we've come to an agreement :)

  • @TheEquivalentXchange agreement... on YouTube? Who knew this could be possible... :D

  • @Q8379 lol deserves a like?

  • i feel depressed if i even get a little big or fat. like more bigger muscles or more fat. i would just stop eating if i weighed that much. i would not eat until all the fat was gone. even if i started dying

  • im fat. i have a treadmill, i can go to gym but the problem is motivation. today i ate a chocolate. i liked it so i bought another one and another. i cant stop it! its like drug. ur brain forces u to eat. im over weight not obese.i used to get get bullied but i just laugh cuz i am. im just 17 and have to do it before i be 18 or 19 cuz thats where adult start.

  • as far as your health goes, your weight is just a number

  • what shits me about obese people when they complain is HOW FUCKIN LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REALISE YOUR FUCKIN FAT!!! but no they keep on going till its to late its their fault

  • If he controlled his portion size surgery wouldn't be needed.

  • i think that obesity is caused by a bad lifestyle that leads to dependence on that lifestyle and food addiction.

i believe the government should invest more money in sports and fitness for people who need it. it will cost them less in the long term, imagine the cost of an entire generation dying of obesity related problems.

  • @ArchFatalis Are you serious? I play runescape :D Nerd girl ftw.

  • A wild snorlax had appear. lol

  • @ArchFatalis , Then why were you eating ramen noodles and McDonalds. Wow, nutritious! :\ I wouldn't touch that food with a cement condom

  • This is a glandular and thyroid problem. I could eat as much as this guy eats and never get that big

  • I hasten to add what I said was a sweeping generalization. There aren't even half as many obese as that in the sample.

  • Comment removed

  • I weight 500 lbs. Well kind of, 400 lbs less than 500 lbs but still its the same thing. I am proud of my fatness

  • I hope America can eat healthier and excercise more because everywhere I go It seems the overweight are everywhere. Not to mention the growing Dianetes rate also.

    :/

  • this guy encourages me to stay skinny

  • im on weight watchers, and it really helps to maintain and stay in control

  • Don't feel bad for him, I bet he has a 20 pound cock

  • all of you fat people should drown in in all your excretes from all of your foods. being fat is a choice what dont you people understand.

  • lol when he grabs the orange

  • DON"T FELL BAD FOR HIM, he caused it himself, feel bad for people with cancer or ALS the diseases that the victim didn't cause himself

  • @tayharp78 YAY!!!! (: Keep on going!!

  • I'm just impressed by how well this HUGE dude carries his weight.

  • The comercial was for a end-hunger foundation. That't ironic.

  • @tayharp78 Technicly, yes

  • @tayharp78 Why not? If you are overweight, then wouldn't you rather weigh a normal size? Just try exercising more and eating healthier. I go on daily 1-2 mile jogs 3 times a week whenever I can fit it in my daily routine. cardio is one of the keys to weight loss.

  • People have got huge in last 10 years. Bodybuilders are skinny compared to these people. And fat must not weigh much. I'm 5'7" 217 lbs. I have a coworker that is 5'10" 190 and is literally twice my size has 3 chins huge gut.

  • Lol was bored wanted a laugh so I looked this up.

  • @OrgasmicPancakes you have an awesome screen name dude

  • i am fat like that dude .lol

  • Stick Rpg 2 response: We've found a cure for obesedy! We call it "excercize"

Now we just need to figure out how to get that into a pill :)

  • Love the doctor. Explains things so the americans understand :)

  • @EpicUberFail That niggas HUNGRY

  • @EpicUberFail nice epic meal time reference!

  • @EpicUberFail Fuckin Smart!!!

  • Many Americans sadly look like America today, repulsive in its obesity and obsessive irrational behaviors.

  • blame it on the parents

  • Dear Mazda ad.

I drive Chevrolet, not your shitty cars, thanks.

  • What's so special about him? Looks underweight compared to the average american

  • I sorta think that America's problem is fast food and overeating.

    Not convinced?

    Try this:

What are 10 fast food restaurants?

    What are 10 world leaders?

We both know which question is easier to answer for most people. :/

  • is food worth death? i know, no one asks to be obese, but what more of a wake up call is needed?

  • Comment removed

  • Very few over weight problems are caused by genetics!!!

    OVER EATING is the problem!

1500 cal/day diet with vitamin supplements, and you will melt away!

I am sick of fat people making excuses! Then you have people feeding into it does not help! They over eat! Don't make excuses for them!

  • ironic the video add was mc donalds 0.0

  • Good luck Francis, i hope you lose this weight :)

  • Did you hear about the time when the US Government spent millions of dollars trying to find the solution to obesity? Eventually, after a lot of testing, they concluded that the solution to obesity was eating less food.

  • They are addicted and have mental illness (I work with them everyday)... some people drink, some do drugs, some smoke... they are addicted... plain and simple. Hating anyone because they are fat is weak... not cool.

  • All of these surgeries that are performed on obese people are really just diets enforced by surgery. The only way to live a healthy existence is to ensure that you never end up in this state. This man knew that his weight would probably eventually kill him, but he didn't stop at 300lbs or 400lbs, he kept going until 500lbs and decided on surgery over not eating.

  • Look. There are many reasons for obesity, understandably, and I'm familiar with people who have weight issues based on emotion, and, eh, some who are too lazy. But it's never okay to make fun of these people. You have no idea why they're this way. Don't crack some smart-ass comment that "They eat to much, duh!" because there is reason in emotion behind obesity. Now, I'm not obese and I'm American, and yeah I do believe they need to fix the weight they obtain. But poking fun is just wrong, yo...

  • Vegetables? How the fuck is this fat pig kidding? Fruit and vegetables are like kryptonite to this fat pig.

  • @P8G9JVXD9BK296WHKYJB Ahhhhhhh you again lol. So that's your m.o to put hateful comments on every obesity related videos. Ya know i think you must have a wicked boring life to do that... or as i said before a picked on youth who has no remorse

  • you're to late to try to be fucking healthy you big fat asshole. you should have thought of it when you we're younger! just friggin die. you're makin this world crowded.

  • i fucking hate fat people

  • @gvallemartins Yes. Spoken like a poet!

  • @gvallemartins I fucking hate you too .

  • @blobby1972 @OGTheDemon Im sure you are as fat as the fatass in the video.

  • @gvallemartins oh boo hoo the nasty persons trying to hurt me waahhh waaahhhh boo hoo don't worry some one will love you one day I'm sure _!_'' , ''_!_

  • @gvallemartins im sure everybody fukin hates u 2

  • this is sad :/ and i garuntee you wouldn't be making fun if you had a mom, dad, brother, sister, anyone with this problem. he may have weight issues, but you have real issues to make fun of this poor man.

  • @abbeyandhaleykay shut the hell up i dont feel bad for anyone who is like him its there fault for being lazy ass hell and stuffin there mouth with food 24/7

  • @abbeyandhaleykay I was really fat as a kid because I had asma and the drugs (corticosteroids) MADE ME LIKE A BA;LL :) now I am 20 years old I train boxing climbing and I run almoust every day not a problem to look like a fitnes model if you put your ass and head to it :D

  • @abbeyandhaleykay no its not ....

  • @abbeyandhaleykay Even with diseases like diabetes, you can't reach this amount of body fat without poor lifestyle choices. I'm tired of seeing obese people blame other things or people for their extra pounds. They are the biggest burden on the healthcare system, a burden that could be fully preventable if they just put their minds to losing weight. Why should hardworking Americans and children with real diseases see their money go to lazy people with no respect for others?

  • @abbeyandhaleykay Oh please, stop being such a pussy. Human beings have been dealing with depression and anxiety forever. Why is it only now that obesity is such a problem? Some people are just lazy fat asses who choose not to stop going to Mcdonalds.

  • Comment removed

  • @abbeyandhaleykay: I agree—it's hard to lose weight, whether it's 50 pounds or 300 hundred. I've been in the situation before where I gained a significant amount of weight and felt terrible all the time. Something has to click in your brain to tell you, "I'm not going to be like this anymore."

  • Comment removed

  • @MythicGamer1 thats pretty cruel

  • @OGTheDemon I must have been in a bad mood that day :(

  • hhahaha this is hilarious, im dying of laughter look at all them fat people o god hahaha

  • I dont get it. How do people get so fat?

I can kill 2 steaks, 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 6 bowls of lucky charms, or 7 tacos and I cant get over 180.

I want what these people have.

  • @redman7771red17 I'm going to guess that you are a young male? I'm an older male and was always under weight. 5 years ago I gradually became average weight and just recently started to get a gut. When you are young you naturally have a faster metabolism but you are also naturally more active and sleep less. Also as you get older you often get more money and thus lazier (I bought a car). Well - time to turn off the computer and do structured exercise.

  • @redman7771red17 Carbohydrates, refined: wheat, flour, starches, partially hydrogenated oils, poly / monounsaturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, artificial flavours, sugar, aspartame, mono / diglycerides, inorganic foods. They only have started to appear in foods in the last century... lately as the 1970s with corn syrup. The ancestors in our evolution never ate these ingredients.

  • AHAHHA he actually looks like a monkey,. he should be fucking locked up in the zoo with the elephants or some shit the fucking fat disgusting twat. people that big shouldnt be allowed to continue their shit lives, they are only wasting food

  • @PipweedTheGreat god if all you americans are like this then i should just stay in london .... fucking yanks

  • @thegreenghost1000 uh...... what a dumbass ive seen all kinds of fatties in London i see lots of fat people here a bunch of skinny people and a bunch of muscled up people

  • @thegreenghost1000 you are a troll. Very few people look like him.

  • @Matthew3590 im not talking about the guy in the video im talking about this fucking pile of shit yank insulting him calling him a monkey that belongs in the zoo

  • people commenting negatively to this are pretty ignorant. your obviously people who have never suffered from an addiction and don't understand the complexities of the human body. especially the people saying he deserves to die if he is that lazy. that is just ridiculous and YOU really do deserve to die a slow horrific death.

  • I was eating an ice cream while watching this.

  • this is the funniest shit in the world. if people are this fucking lazy to get this way they deserve to die, while children in africa and other third world places, have to walk fuckin miles and miles to get the little amount of food that they are able to get. fucking fat people disgust me

  • @JulianOutlaw The difference in governments is what allows people to get fat. Since America has the best government, we have the most fat people, since we have the most food. Those African countries with dictator leaderships have no food whatsoever for their people, so they're always starving.

However, saying they need to die is extreme. Some people literally have a food addiction, so they can't help it. Grow up.

  • @mario11168 Not any morsel or substance by itself is 'addictive'. The real issue is the cause of susceptibility. An instance, is that everybody is addicted to profit and money.

African diets don't often have metabolic and artificial rubbish processed.

  • @SlimeAmTheBest Most addiction is caused by the release of dopamine, which is what food does (50% of dopamine) sex does (100% of dopamine) and crack/meth (300%-1200% dopamine). You want more and more, so you get more and more.

  • Umm, it's not rocket science. Stop eating junk, and exercise regularly.

  • I do not understand how doctors can keep blaming lack of exercise and overeating. If that was truly the root of the problem then why are there naturally lean people who consistently 'overeat' and 'under-exercise'? Are these people less gluttonous? Are they more responsible?

  • the best way to lose weight is natural doing cardio i do not trust surgery of any kind

  • FAT PEOPLE HAHAHAHAHA

  • THAT FOOL ASS BE A FAT WORTHLESS FUCK! NIGGAS LIKE THAT SHOULD JUST KILL THEMSELVES!!

  • @TruThugizle - get some education and people won't look down on you as much

  • goog luck

  • Well, whenever I'm hungry I always think. Do I really need to eat at this moment? You just had lunch and do you think you need to eat more? Are you gonna do any physical activities later? If I think I don't née to eat at the moment I take a drink of water and walk away. This has helped me a lot.

  • @Starz3215 glad that works for YOU!

  • That shit looks like chocolat syrup they poured on his ass........you know they won't let you into the Navy if you got that gastric bypass......all they want is blood, sweat, and tears!

  • eat to live, not live to eat

  • its late on saturday and a thought just occured to me, it sounds stupid, but i distance myself from it by what ive put into my bloodstream this evening. right here's my thought, looking for ur views. If you eat only healthy foods, the foods your body requires to sustain and repair itself and you eat exactly the correct amount of calories for the day, then nothing should go to waste and here's my thought. If u eat just enough of the right foods, would that mean you'd never need to take a dump?

  • @bryngOneOn Haha, no. No matter what you eat there will be things in it that aren't going to be absorbed that way. You absorb the vitamins, protein, glucose, etc. in food, but even if you ate three cucumbers a day, you're still going to poop out that cucumber, minus the nutrients.

  • @bryngOneOn No, not all the food you eat is absorbed.

  • I understand that a SMALL percentage of obese people have "hormone" problems but the majority are just lazy fucks with NO self-control and discipline. They're the type that gets scammed by weight loss "pills" and "secrets" and bullshit like that. They always want the easy road.

Lazy fuck goes for a gastric bypass.

  • Well, putting the pringles in between the vegetables doesn't really motivates anyone who wanna buy healthier food.

  • gastric band is for people who just take the easy way out wich just ends becoming the hard route later in life

  • @gavman21734 the band is in no way the easy way out. Neither is gastric bypass. I got the band on Jan 14 and have lost 43 lbs, 90% of which was me, 10% was the band.

  • @bonnieb118 no if 90% is you then u didnt need it in the first place then and u cant normal food again and for what because u are tired of trying

  • @gavman21734 You have no idea what this struggle is like. I will always be "trying" with this as you put it. I had the band done so I could have another tool to help me finally become healthy. Watch my and other WLS patient's videos and you will see how hard this struggle is.

  • @bonnieb118 dont fucking talk to me about struggle i was 22 stone at 16 i pulled my fuckin back and its never the same since i just woke up one day and seen the bigger picture changed my life im 17st 4 now i still suffer from a binge eating disorder from times when i confront food i slowly getting over it and changing my lifestlye i dont and never needed a band never will.. the best advice i can give u is before doin out is sort your mind out once thats done nothing can hold u back

  • @gavman21734 we all have struggle. And you're right about the mental game associated with weight loss. That is the most important piece of the puzzle. I hope you can overcome your addiction too.

  • @bonnieb118 well most of its getting better sometimes i get rush i want jump in the cuboard and eat everything in it, ive really came along before i used get every penny i had just to buy aload of junk food from the local shop those days are in my past, hell i didnt go on a diet just had me breakfast lunch dinner and no pigging inbetween u get stressed when the weight doesnt fly straight off but poeple spend so much time putting it there in the first place takes time i guess

  • @gavman21734 The one thing that has helped me be successful has been putting videos up on here. There's a lot of support for people with addictions on youtube. I encourage you to start putting videos up of your struggle, because it has really helped me turn my life around.

  • @bonnieb118 nah what helps me is talking to different people seeing different opinions on things but thanks anyway

  • I like watching ultra fat people do everyday activities.
