I liked the message of the video, but I must admit that the constant flashing symbols and light, deterred me from looking at the video too closely. I hate to admit it, but I am addicted to TV to the detriment of other areas of my life, it's almost like when I turn it on, I am glued to it, till I turn it off, maybe 5 hours later, maybe someone could start a No-TV Group, like Non Smokers Groups. Often I am not even watching what is on, but when I turn it off I have like 40% more concentration.

@mentallystressed Well it worked. One of the things I do find odd about most NEWS on any channel today in the UK, is that before they show you they mentally 'prime' you by saying "There are graphic images which you might find upsetting" something like that, they also seem to always say "Beware, There are flashing lights in this clip". I find I'm never upset by the visuals, but I wonder if this is to put us in a different state of mind so when we do see true horror no worry?

I unplugged ny TVs over four years ago. Now I can't even bear to hear a TV in the background at friend's houses, stores and airports. It sounds like fingernails scraping a blackboard!

In the late 40's or early 50's the congress gave our public airwaves away to broadcasters who don't pay a nickle in rent. The celebrity class are filthy rich by way of our public airwaves, what a cash cow - time to charge some rent already!!
