@utterlyutter I'm thinking of auditioning for this play, I know there are two of the four boys who end up kissing eachother, can you tell me how involved with their sexuality the other two are?
Saw the UK version of this. Really inventive and provocative. A huge audience of teenage schoolkids couldn't cope with the sexual issues but I thought it was handled brilliantly by the fusion of the schoolboys and the characters/attitudes they represented.
1st Stage looks like a really dynamic, intelligent theatre co. Good luck to you all

As a teenage schoolkid I caught this during its premiere in Bath and was absolutely entranced.
(Despite the idiotic behaviour of a few of the other kids in the theatre... who I'd have liked thrown out of the place)
Thought R&J was absolutely beautiful and so poignant - it touched me like few other plays I've seen.

@coloradofreek One of the other boys kisses Romeo. But the other one isn't too involved.
