  • just because we are "too complex" and can't understand how we evolved through random chance, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

once we were too scientifically primitive to understand how the earth revolved around the sun. DOESN'T MEAN IT DIDN'T HAPPEN

  • @skarfaced Use the word "chance" very carefully when referring to Evolution please!

  • exactly. if you say god created the eye, you are saying he is not perfect.

we choose to just simply believe god created us. we humans do not yet have the capacity to understand evolution. it is still a young theory

  • @skarfaced

You're right man, but yeah, we do have the capacity to understand it, and we have all the evidence necessary to back the theory up... the problem - why most people don't accept it as fact, is because most people would rather absorb propaganda, than actually reading or studying the theory for themselves.

  • yep. it's a scary thought to realize that we WEREN'T created by a god or "intelligent designer". people don't want to admit that they are special and unique...that they are just another creature that this earth produced chemically.

  • @skarfaced it is amusing i know.

Religion is a comfort to the ignorant, sick and poor that one day life will be better. Hope.

We like to believe we are special, but obviously we arent but we are prone to deny what we dont want to hear

  • @BeatingNgSource

Absolutely! It takes hours of reading and dedication to understand the beauty of evolution (well, it took me a while) but once you fully grasp it, it is truly awesome!

  • An awesome creator? Then why does the human eye has a blind spot? Why doesn't everyone have perfect eye sight? Why don't we have better night vision?

  • @Gr0nkster perfection is imperfection in itself, we are made with a blind spot and poor night vision in comparison to most creatures for a reason.

  • @Dcon014

    And that reason is..?

  • @Gr0nkster i dont want to go into big detail. evolution is a force that works to the bare minimal for a creature's survival

  • @chedachzballz

the eye did evolve, very slowly from light sensitive skin cells to the highly precise optical lens your reading this with now. The evidence is there, just open your eyes.

  • @chedachzballz in response to your comment, everything evolves it is no longer a belief but a fact. Species evolve and change according to the world around them, inorder to adapt. "god is an AWESOME CREATOR!", it is comforting to us to believe in something ofcourse as it gives an explaination to the unknown but in all truth what gives us the right to say "my religion is the true religion" when no religion in existance has concrete proof of any form. As the years go on and we continue to.....

  • @Dcon014

Evolution is a theory which is no more proven than Creationism. Micro-evolution happens all the time such as slight differences in genetics. But DNA contains a fail safe code which stays resistant to too much change. There is no hard evidence of evolution, instead all we have to support it are creative artists drawings and depictions of what scientists say "should" have happened.

  • @chedachzballz to..... learn about the universe around us we might than beable to say we have the slightest idea how everything was made. These "religions of old" truely have no place in this "ever growing world of answers" anymore.... To the people that lived in a world frightening, mysterious and unexplainable religion atleast gave answers therefore, comfort. Exactly what science does for Us.

  • @chedachzballz woah, brain washed... didn't god tell him to not use the computer?
