AND they can also form where there are no mountains, but other conditions that cause sudden oscillating changes in air currents, such as a body of water.
I dare you to get a meteorologist - an actual one - to say that these are not natural clouds. ANY meteorologist.
this morning i took photos of 2 rainbows, both around the sun. the pictures came out much better when taken through polarized lenses but ive noticed it happens alot as a result of heavy chemtrailing. over the last three days around 7am every morning lots and lots of chemtrails into a perfectly nice clear sky, and by noon after all the chemtrails have blended together in some sort of cloud cover..but not.. the rainbows show up. the pacific northwest needs to look up
in central CA here, seeing massive spraying operations almost daily, and the appearance of these strange "ribbed" clouds I have never seen before. i finally realized it was weather manipulation when the sky started off clear blue in the morning, then chemtrail planes criss-crossed the sky, turning it into a foggy day in the matter of a few hours.

4) What kind of "education" teaches about chemtrails? Absolutely none. If you WERE educated in meteorology, i'm sure you'd understand, as even I do, the natural processes which form cirriform clouds, amoungst other types.
