The pro wrestling industry has always been known to exaggerate sizes. (Example, billing Andre the Giant at 7'4 and 500-plus pounds.) In fact, Andre was 6'11, or 7-foot at most. As for his weight, that might have been close to the truth. Andre's Acromegaly, coupled with the fact that in his final years, knowing his time was short, he partied with the best of them. He was known to be able to put away several steaks together with a case of wine bottles for dinner.
