It seems that someone took a texture from a SHORT mesh of mario, and threw it over a model in GTA to create the mod. There is some impressive grid transformation work on the hands, and head. Other than that, the mod is pretty sloppy. But... I guess Tyler knows how to make do with what he has. :P
