not from france no. I'm from belgium. but indeed the french history has some nice examples of how the people are always stronger then the government.

sure the government controlled the people first but in the end most of em lost their heads because of it.

ans sure you have people that are all: I like blood, and killing, being in the army, shooting stuff.

the fact that americans think they are the government is an illusion./ state whatever. the only thing americans do is elect the president. a president that then can do whatever he wants, appoint whomever he wants and owns 100 of favors to rich people who supported his campaign. not to mention the numerous things that go behind the back of the people.

in europe we don't live that illusion
