just saw this play in new york. honestly the best thing ive ever seen (and ive seen wicked on broadway). i recommend seeing it before it goes to broadway in february and they blow it up and make it glitzy and over dramatic.

@frodis124 My belief on that is that if they did make it together at the end, they'd have needed a different score for the film. Plus, it would have changed the tone of this film making it seem more cliche because of a happy ending. Plus, it kind of explains through actions the powerful bonds that music, and its involved emotions, can have on people. As I've stated though, this is just how I interpret the direction that the story was intended.
