i mean, overall i'd say that ocarina of time for example is the better game, but soundtrack? god, there's no contest to DKC.

I just now realized now that out of 924 tracks, not a single one is from Pikmin or Pikmin 2. I recommend playing them not only because they are fun, but they also have some pretty good music that I think at least one belongs on this list.

Great choice, I cant wait to see what #1000 is gona be! In my vote (or opinion) I would like the Ruins theme from Kirby 64:The Crystal Shards, but I know your not taking votes or opinion, I just hope I see it atleast on the list in any spot. Its a really good VGM song though, you should listen to it still :-). Anyway thanks for all the past videos and I hope to see 1000 more :-)

This one's from Fischer, she really has her own unique style and choice of instruments compared to Wise's tracks, it's quite easy to tell. Personally I think Wise generally has the better melodies while Fischer is really good at composing atmospheric tracks that helped define this game's soundtrack. I think her contribution was very important. Just hearing that harp/guitar instrument at the 10 seconds mark, you know it's from Fischer.
