Cox Tucson is TERRIBLE! I went back to Cox temporarily, and from the start, the old POS digital cable boxes died, we call customer service, and they were giving me the run around. So, I told Cox to suck it and went back to Directv. I would give up EVERYTHING I own (except for the TV) to keep the service going.
I have three videos posted of my problems with Cox cable here in Va. The quality is poor but you can see the video lock up. Please check them out and comment.
