I was wondering if they were gonna make some of WFC. It's shoulders seems smaller then what I remember on WFC, but it could be a change they had to do for it to transform right. Thanks for showing this, now I have a reason to start my transformers collection again.
To me he looks like a knight.....i personally wouldve liked it better if he came with a broad sword instead of a gun....i mean if u think about it, How many Optimus Primes have a sword? barely any.....i bet Hasbro could make that look good on him

Manily Blackout since Hasbro Cop Out for Micheal Bays Balls & Killed animated so were stuck having to get Blackout from Japan.
Oh man, I totaly enjoy the two War For Cybertron toys out so far. I can't wait for Soundwave and Megatron, and I really hope they do more from this game. I thought about doing a video review of this guy, but I've got too many other toys I want to go over first XD
very nice review! That figure is indeed cool. They really managed to get it to be screen accurate for a deluxe version. Only thing I would have loved is more paint detail but that can easily be done. Again, very nice review!
I just got this guy Saturday. (It's about time the new toys were around here) But he is VERY awesome indeed! I like to fold the shoulder pads down flat on his shoulders though. I just really wish he came with that axe from the game. I've checked the lines on the "autobot face" and They are way different patterns than the normal one. I think it might be the normal insignia from before the war.
I think this Prime is gorgeous. He's very accurate to the in-game model, which is a feat in itself. His transformation is kind of fiddly, but it works.
This Optimus Prime has not grown on me from some reason unlike G1 Optimus Prime. Maybe its fact that he transforms into armored car that looks like it come from animated DC Universe or maybe its that head sculpt. Then again it could be both.

he also (do to transformation) has a nice chest joint like RID prime & he can roll as well as his alt-mode on his back
