if you have a spec-r, then that pressure guage wasn't designed for that bolt setup. it was designed for the original g3. it is slightly different, so it might affect performance. it wasn't exactly shooting ropes.

that really *IS* pretty good, but for future reference, when something "shoots ropes" (as you put it), it's a little more accurate then that. for instance, from like fall of 2002 through the end of September 2003, I was running a blue Warped Sportz Dark Angel ir3, with a full freak kit; Stainless Freak Back, Blue All American 14 inch freak front, & that thing shot WICKED ROPES...That was one of the few guns I can honestly say that allowed me to achieve "Accuracy by Volume"...

g3's aren't over rated. I have owned both a slg, pmr and a spec r. Both the protos are just cheap crap that break. The g3 spec r is true quality and actually work when you come to use them. My slg lasted me 24 seconds before it broke. "Now there is to much damage done to it for the gun to ever be repaired" Tommy Pemberton Dye Precision. This was from an email regarding my broken slg which I never got back. Do yourself a favour and don't get proto guns.
