A great review. I recommend this game if you like Neil Gaiman, David Lynch, reviving classic fairy tales in a modern setting, and Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol.

Though I have heard of short campaigns the game works best as a one-shot as it is best played to the hilt, with the characters pushing themselves to point of self-destruction. My player characters often make it out alive, but they never make it back completely sane or intact.

Whenever I play DRYH, I always have Alice in Chains' album Dirt playing on a loop in the background, it fits perfectly and it makes things all the bleaker.

Our reviews of this game were fairly similar. It's certainly a very freaky little game, and definitely worth the little amount of money that it costs.

An amazingly creepy game, any fan of old, or new, World of Darkness should check this out for something a little different, as should anyone who enjoys creepy/surreal games.
