Excuse me, but Teto is an UTAU voicebank. It'd be best if you looked for someone that knows how to use Vocaloid, since the poster of this video is only reposting from Nico Nico Douga. I'm sure there are tutorial videos for Vocaloid here on Youtube, you just need to search for them :)
