Well I live in Holland that is next to Germany, the awareness among the people is here but it's remarkable how much resistance our government is giving against the renewable energy act. They just say no, we will not do it like they are doing in Germany. Our own system is better which is not the case. It is a stop and go policy with caps and all other kinds of discouragement. Maybe it is time to move to Germany.
