Yes, no cockpit view in this game.... :( And, no motorcycles?!!! I loved the previous TDU which also had motorcycle cockpits with rear view mirrors.... helmet cam view.... the pure sound of the machine with occasional sound of breeze hitting you.... Wow....
But, I must admit, atleast there is no repetition of the environmental objects, vehicles & road... There seems to quite a lot of changes.... varieties of objects, different types/material of roads, AI vehicle behaviour....Nice...
whats so fun about that camera view ? missing all those interior details of the cars ... at least you dont cruise like if TDU was destruction derby , like most people
just cruise a little bit slower :)) just kiding , i like to play TDU simulating a real road cruise . by the way , is there an option to ajdust the interior view , like on TDU 1 ? i've seen a lot of videos and the camera is way to high for me .
@00Deific00 The cockpit view is the best view because you are closer to the road rather than the chase view and you can see the road and oncoming cars in the cockpit view.
@terminator055 You're closer to the road still, when using the hood/bumper views. The cockpit view is obtrusive and impairs your ability to see a lot of the road - there is also an overly exaggerated delay between the drivers wheel and the cars wheels, not to mention the head movement which adds an extra delay/vision impairment.
@AdElinoJr who cruises like that? i know i don't. i miss cruising from one side of teh island to the other, i started playin again but no one cruises.... they jsut drag race in teh city.
