I have a question : You Like Grip Training? in last time I don't like many of bodybuilding exercises, because I discovered some grip trainings ... I like more that grip trainings, but I Don't Like Too Much The Old Bodybuilding Exercises !
I wonder Why I Don't Like Too Much Anymore (Like In Past) To Feel The Muscular Mass Being Stimulated To Grow (By Bodybuilding Exercises)
but I think that I Would Enjoy BURNING FAT Exercises ... you know Burning Fat Exercises?
but for middle chest I like more Alternating Grabbing Plates (I don't know the official name of this exercise, but this exercise is more for Grip Training)
and Push-Ups, I do just several "Conventional Position" of Push-Ups, and I do more "Unconventional Position" Push-Ups ... wide core position, I Target Only Upper Part Of The Body (the core&legs are isolated)
I have a question about Leg Fat : Legs Shaking is Better? or Worse than Cycling? I need to Insist A Lot to get any result at Legs Shaking
