Perhaps you shouldn't just jump to conclusions about Contador then. The guy has failed no drug tests ever, just like your man, Rasmussen. However, Contador has never lied about his whereabouts, that's where he and "the chicken" differ. Contador was the real winner of the Tour. You can all argue elsewise and you're likely to give this a "thumbs down", but in 10 years, Contador's name will be on the records and there will be nothing on Rasmussen. Rightly so aswell.

I acknowledged that Rasmussen hadn't failed any tests. I was saying that he'd lied about his whereabouts prior to the Tour as well as missing tests. Therefore, you can't say he wasn't doping in this time. I was answering to the people saying Contador was doped, becuase he wasn't. He was clean during and prior to the Tour. You can't be so sure with Rasmussen.

You can't be sure any cyclist isn't doping. The best you can do is make sure all cyclists attend all tests and let authorities know of their whereabouts at all times, for out of competition testing. Contador has done all this and is fine. Rasmussen however, did not.
