  • America is open to free trade; and wages, working conditions, and environmental standards are all going down. This prick is full of it! By the time any signifigant positive effects are observed in the developed world, we are going to be in a die-off event! Please notice he does not mention environmental impacts. The economy exists within the environment; he does not even observe this. OK, I've got it; his job is safe; he's doing well so screw everyone else, and the environment.

  • Though I agree with many setiments here, and the research is good, it's still grossly stilted. Ask a group of fine Southern gentlemen at a fancy dress ball if slavery's good, and they'll obviously say 'Yes', because they're the ones that benifit. Globalization is only good if everyone plays by the rules, which China, for one, does not. North America is being savaged by caravans of cheap, and recalled goods being wisked state to state to avoid Tort Laws. Was that factored into the equasion?
