This is only the tip of the iceberg. Ive been employed by DCAA in San Diego for a decade. Promotions, pay increases and rewards do flow to those who support fraud, and corruption. The highly cohesive management in the agency can ruin a professionals career. As a result very few employees within the agency have the necessary stamina, courage and professional commitment to accounting and auditing to question bad, non-professional and illegal practices.

Good inquiry, we need more skilled over site to get stagnant agencies performing again. Ive worked for DCAA for a decade in San Diego. This video is only the tip of the iceberg. There were good pay increases and rewards for supporting petty fraud, and corruption. Very few employees in the agency have the necessary courage and professional commitment to auditing and accounting to question bad, non-professional and illegal practices.
