  • lol Ron and Rand Paul talk in exactly the same manner. o.O

  • @mellowcowism lol i know, i talk like my dad to...

  • Ron Paul 2012.

  • You get nowhere being a 3rd party candidate. If you want to make a difference you have to become the Republican or Democrat party. Leaders don't say what the party is, the people say what the party stands for.

  • Ron Paul is a liberal communist kook poopie!

  • @TerrorWarrior5000 No he's not I did a lot of research on him, and said nothing about being a Commie scum.

  • So all the liberty lovers are in favor of Marijuana decriminalization at the very least, right? I'm a liberty lover and I'm in favor of legalization.

It seems everyone loves liberty when it comes to healthcare but when you talk about marijuana to some liberty doesn't apply in that case and prohibition would continue to stand. So do we really love individual liberty or do we just hate healthcare reform?

  • Remember tyrants NEVER give up their power willingly.

'But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty....'

    Well you get the idea!

  • Hitch is right, this Judge is a very positive thing for liberty and straightens out Fox News.

  • this man has officially elevated FOX "news" from biased media to straight propaganda

  • The house passed the Health Care Bill which has the Public "Option" in it.if this bill also passes in the Senate and Obama Signs it,,, it will be law.... They say its an option... but it isnt optional if you will pay for it... it will be taken from every person who pays taxes... and it is welfare.. except in this case all you have to do is say that you WANT it. no matter how much money you make.Would you want to pay for Donald Trumps Health care? bc in this system if he wanted to... you would.

  • Propoganda? In what way? This is about the only thing on Fox or CNN or MSNBC that is NOT propoganda... please explain...

  • later that show he was taking about the health care bill and using ridiculous scare tactics to make people afraid of the bill. he literally said that the bill would take away your freedom, dramatically raise your taxes, ration your health care, and the government will start interfering with every aspect of your life. he then said that you would have to be absolutely crazy not to fight the bill. its one thing to criticize a bill, its another thing to use scare tactics to work up the public

  • One mans "freedom fighter" is another mans "terrorist". You can believe what you want. However, the Judge speaks from a constitutional, liberty minded perspective and is correct. Have you read the bill? If no, then go to opencongress. org and see for yourself. The section "mandating" insurance should have you scared... excuse me, concerned. Word of advice, learn how to cross reference bills with the Internal Revenue Code... the devil is in the details.

  • like i said, there is nothing wrong with criticizing the bill. that's absolutely fine. but there's a difference between criticizing and fear mongering. the bill will not take away your freedom. period. that's just an absurd statement. he is NOT correct.

  • like i said did you read the bill? specifically the section on "mandatory insurance" and cross reference it to the internal revenue code?

  • Of course i haven't read the bill, its 2000 pages. but ive read enough to get the gist of it. i dont agree with mandates, im a fan of a single payer system. again though, you can disagree with it as much as you want. openly criticizing it is fine. but there is a big difference between criticizing and fear mongering. he was practically telling people to kill the bill or get killed

  • there are plenty of reasons for disliking the bill, but I've yet to see one way it will "take our freedom away"

  • i guess it boils down to how do you define "freedom"? i highly recommend a video called "the philosophy of liberty", and also the videos at the "stop and look" channel. after viewing the videos, if you choose to, put them into context with the health care bill.

hitch, if the reason you don't agree with the "mandates" is because it's the use of "force and coercion" in order to "take away your freedom" to choose, then that is a good start.

  • so by your definition of freedom, are taxes taking away your freedom?

  • yes, especially the income tax. it's a violation of my right to keep the fruits of my labor and to do with them as i choose... eat some, save some, give some away. the idea of an income tax makes the assumption that gov't owns 100% of your income and allows you to keep a small percentage. that makes you extremely vulnerable. the gov't can take 80-90-95% if it wants. that's not freedom that's tyranny of the majority.

hitch, who owns you? do you own yourself or does the gov't own you?

  • thats where you an i differ, i dont believe taxation has anything to do with freedom. the government does not own me. the government just establishes a set of rules and regulations in order to keep the peace. if i dont like the way the government treats me, i have the liberty to either try to change it or move somewhere else

  • taxation is about private property rights and self-ownership therefore has everything to do with freedom. i find a contradiction in your statement. you don't believe the gov't owns you, but you believe in the oppressive income tax system. and as i exlained above the gov't assumes ownership just as gov't conscription is forced servitude. refuse, go to jail.

you seem to be some what open minded, i hope you view those videos i recommended.

  • the government does not own me. it sets a series of ground rules (laws and regulations) that i must follow to live here. if i dont want to follow those rules i can either try to change the laws or move somewhere else. what does laws have to do with being owned?

  • and id love to see this country with no taxes, it would at least be a hell of an interesting place. it would be a hellhole

  • prior to 1913 this country did not have an income tax and it was the most productive and prosperous country and the envy of the world.

  • we were the most productive and prosperous country after 1913 too

  • Seriously hitch? You really should open your eyes, and rethink your statements. It is all a disguise, a house of cards that has already begun to fall apart. The housing bubble and this horrendous economy is just the beginning. Look at the current value of the dollar...

James A. Garfield said, "He who controls the money supply of a nation controls the nation."

So, you're right, the gov't doesn't own you, the Federal Reserve does... that's even worse... END THE FED!

  • what does any of that have to do with the conversation between me and dolphinfilms?

  • Oh, so you have read the healthcare bill and all is ok with it? All 1000 pages? Well, I bet all 3 men in this video have, so maybe you should listen up. Chuck Norris hired lawyers to read the bill and said it is complete BS. Seriously, look it up... Anyway, you wanna talk about scare tactics... How about Swine Flu? Great for the health care debate, right? Even though it has a .01% mortality rate for those that even get it... less than seasonal flu... Please..

  • wtf are you talking about. chuck norris also endorsed mike huckabee, so i dont give his opinions much credence. and i guarentee you neither of the 3 people in that vid personall read the bill cover to cover

  • LOL. Who he endorsed means nothing. His lawyers read the bill. Read the bill and then tell me how great it is, and that it doesn't take away any of your freedoms. I think it's great that you got the "gist" of it... LOL!!! You first need to understand what freedom is before you can understand how little we have and how every bill like this that passes takes away what little freedoms we have left. BTW, If there is 1 unconstitutional thing in that bill, it should not pass. Wake up.

  • did i ever say the bill was great? did i ever even say i supported the bill? no, i was just talking about napolitano's fear mongering. and since i obviously dont know what freedom is (sarcasm), please inform me with your definition of freedom. and the only part of the constitution the bill could possibly violate is the 10th amendment, if it violates it in any other way please tell me why you think so

  • Maybe you are not understanding that if there is 1! 1! 1! 1! thing that is unconstitutional, this bill should not pass. No bill that is unconstitutional should pass. You do not pick and choose what part of the constitution to follow and which to ignore.

How about the dictionary's definition of what freedom is; "2. exemption from external control, interference, regulation, etc., 3. the power to determine action without restraint." How's that?

  • how is exemption from regulation necessary for freedom. thats absurd. and the constitution has been interpreted for almost 250 years. we have no idea exactly what our founding fathers wanted. even if we did, the constitution is nowhere near perfect and the founding fathers werentt right all the time

  • and i did not say that the bill was unconstitutional, i said that one could argue that. i personally dont think it is unconstitutional.

  • By the way, way to completely dodge the point I made about swine flu being used as propaganda to push the healthcare bill. Less than 10% of American citizens are without healthcare. Do we need healthcare reform? YES. Do we need government control of healthcare? emphatic NO. I was in the military, I know what gov't run healthcare is, and if you think that is what we need, you are in for a rude awakening...

  • youre right, it would be absolutely horrible to model our health care system after france or canada. yep. definitely. why would we want to model our health care system after the most successful in the entire fucking world.

  • hitch, I am done talking to you. Just as you are willing to pick and choose which part of the Constitution you should follow, you also pick and choose which part of my statements to respond to. Not only do you do that, but you then change what I said. France or Cananda? WTF are you talking about? Get a clue... then I will have an intelligent debate with you...

  • @seanone23 lol if its done right, like it was back in the day in Canada its actually pretty great. lots of countries have gov't heathcare and most of them are satisied with it lol.

  • Of all the 9-12 sheeple following gb, not one of them has been able to answer the simple question ie: "why is ruper murdoch letting gb spew forth the way he is now and never has before"?

I worked my rear end off for the good doctor in 2008 and I'll work a gazillion times harder in 2012 to help save America and rescue it from our non-representatives. Run Paul, RUN.

  • Murdoch has allowed Glenn Beck to say what ever he has wanted on his show ever since he has been on Fox News... Before that, Glenn Beck's TELEVISION Show was on CNN's Headline News channel... which is controlled/Owned by Ted Turner... So im not sure of what your Question that the "sheeple" havent been able to ansewr, is really asking.

  • Ok, it's obvious the host is not glenn beck it's Judge Andrew Napolitano standing in for beck, but it's still "The Glenn Beck Show". I did not realize I had to spell it out for the idiots in cyberspace. So, if i keep getting the ignorant comments questioning whether this is glenn beck or not they will be removed. Good grief, no wonder we have so many problems in this country.

  • this isnt glenn beck...

  • 2 American Lions!

  • Excellent presentation of what America needs to focus on in order to reclaim our Freedom: get Congress to READ THE BILLS ( see downsizedcDOTorg for a petition to support the Read The Bills Act) & adhere to the Constitution. Wonderful to see these three fine Advocates of Liberty, joining together here to WAKE UP the Masses!

  • Glenn Beck Show... Beck is out recovering after his apendectomy this week.

  • Glenn Beck?

  • Judge Napolitano.

Watch his videos... if you dont watch Fox news enough to know who he is....

He was a Judge in the Superior Court in New Jersey... he is a Constitutionalist.
