@MsSouthbeauty when you want to take a picture in the tab mode, you press ctrl-5 for pictur no. 1, and when you want to take your next picture, you press ctrl-6, then ctrl-7 and so on. once you think your dont taking the pictures, stay in the tab mode, and press the buttons 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9, and the camera will go to the places you took them!! hope i helped!! :D

@chrillsims3 Please help me if you can. I am having trouble with the sims 3. My cameras folder and a few others i don't know of have disappeared. I can't get them back, and I've already reinstalled the game. I got a few folders back, but idk how to get the cameras one, so when I'm in cameraman, the transition from preset angles is faster than wanted. If you know of any sites or people that could help me, let me know plz. :)

How you save your "lerpduration" in the notepad.

@N185L135 When you save it, does it say "Access Denied" or saying it's a "read only" file? Right click on the "VideoCamera" note, and click properties. A box should appear, and on the general tab, make sure you uncheck the "read only" box. Click Apply.

Then, click the "Security" Tab and click edit. Another box should appear and on that there should be a list of users. Click on your user and make sure you check all the boxes underneath, then click apply. By then it should save.

@Simsstory2011 You have to be in free camera mode, do this by clicking tab. Get in your positions that you want to save, after that you do ctrl + 6 or watever. Stay on tab, and click the numbers. It should work.

Okay, so now I need help :P When I change the VideoCamera thingy and try to save it, I can't. Because, at first it says that the file already exists and asks me if I want to replace it. I click yes and this is what it says then :

@HeyFromEst I FIGuRED IT OUT! Okay, so what you do is edit the lerp deration to however long you want but save it to the desktop. Next, there should be one copy of the camera file on your desktop and one in the ini folder. Delete the file in the ini folder and replace it with the file on your desktop.

1. I recently made a video using this technique, but when I record the second set of ctrl 5-9 camera shots, the movement between the first set and the second set was very choppy. How do you get around this problem? I found I couldn't quite remember the exact place my last ctrl 9 shot was. My example is in my house called "Seaside Villa". I couldn't put the link here for some reason.
