@ScentlessApprentice7 one of the best if not the best tag team during the WWF days were the Brain Busters, Arn and Tully would turn Bulldog into a poodle than make him call them sir and wash his socks and hang em up on the line.
Clarence Mason swindled the contracts of Owen and Bulldog away from Jim Cornette. Cornette was groggy in the backstage area after Mind Games from being knocked out by Jose Lothario. Mason came in and told Cornette he was signing a document to press Assault and Battery charges against Lothario ... but in essence Mason had Cornette sign away the contracts of Owen and Davey. Clarence Mason also managed Crush .. and then of course went on to manage the Nation of Domination.
Not very long. It was around September of 1996, and I think actually only lasted until December. When Clarence Mason went on to managed the Nation of Domination, his character changed to a more serious one, so I don't think they thought he fit well with Owen and Davey.
Their relationship officially ended when Davey was in a One on One match with Crush (both of them managed by Clarence). At one point, Savio Vega, on the outside, tripped Bulldog and held his leg down so Crush could get the three count. Bulldog then fired Mason after match, on the mic.
This vid is from the Raw right after Mind Games. I was actually there for this Raw, where Clarence was on commentary, and explaining his side of the story on what happened.
Thanks for the info man, learning stuff I didn't know or remember is always a plus for any Hardcore Wrestling fan, so I thank you, i'm a die-hard fan, & I just wanted to also say that live Raw's, Smackdown's, PPV's etc., always kick ass, & are definately unforgettable, Peace, & Thanks again bro.

OK, Owen Hart hitting that missile dropkick and then landing on Lafon in a pinfall was just cool.

Lafon was so fucking boring. Absolutely no charisma at all, even as a heel.

Why is Lawyer Clarence Mason with Hart & Bulldog? I thought James E. Cornette managed those two?
