As a meat extender, how much of this could I cook in with, let's say, a pound of turkey meat? I'm thinking a meatloaf, perhaps? Just a cup or so?

Awesome. I was thinking I'd have to break out the griner to crack wheat. Microwave is so quick and easy. Is 1/2 cup the most to do in a batch?
