  • @truthfulandyou It took me a year to do it and I'm finally at the end of where i want to be. I lost 50 pounds first, ,hich at the same time helped me cut the excess body fat I had. While doing so I ate a strict diet with a decent amount of calories still. Now I'm trying to gain lean weight back with a 3400 calories diet so I can add ten pounds of lean weight.

    I screwed up my rotators cuffs doing lifts like that; I've got a real problem with my technique and it has so far kept me from exceeding 80lbs on the dumbbell benchpress. It is however not because of flat bench, but my incline and decline-butterflies are either done with terrible technique or I've got some bum shoulders....

Just need a usb plug in with the right phone connection to download it. I would send it to my email but it says the file is too large. But enough with trying to compare myself to you because its pointless. You will never lift more pound for pound than me.. hell even if its not pound for pound. So.. get over it!

    I do all my DB presses for 5 reps too, almost identical to yours but I get help up on the first one. (So I dont fuck my shoulders, Im 6'2 - maybe that would make a difference)

  • @j4cked7 goo man! if 110 pounds is 50kgs then i do them for 8 at my best atm! i had a bodybuilder have a go at me before about getting help on the first rep though as i have had shoulder problems... would you say it matters if you leave around half an inch gap between the dumbell and your chest? ive been questioned about it quite alot and i tell them my reason...

  • @Trikstar78 The reason Arnold was able to train 3 hours and recover fast was because he was on steroids. Why take advice from someone who uses gear when you can get advice from natural bodybuilders like Skip La Cour, Jeff Willet, CT Fletcher and Michael Lockett. Natural lifters have to take a different approach at bodybuilding than someone who's juicing. Instead of 3 hours, like arnold, natural bodybuilders will train no more than 40 min a workout.

  • well i dont know botu the DB bench, but a 315 max barbell bench at 160lbs is decent, not incredible, nothing special but tahts pretty decent, and i ahve yet to get a double obdywieght bench myself, but ye thats pretty good.

GNC Amplified muscle ignitger 4x, Wheybolic protein 60, GNC brand amino acids, T-Bomb and I was taking GNC creatine pills but I started bloating so I am gonna stop for a bit and see if the bloating goes down. I'm the guy who comes in focused, work out for an hour to hour and a half, and do all my reps in strict form. I am extremely strong for my size no doubt!

  • and to answer your question, I have enough protein shakes to last me half a year. I take "Muscle Juice", they come in 10 lb tubs at $45 a tub. I have 6 of them and I also load up on the Mega Men Multi-Vitamins. I have taken NO Xplod, Creatine, and all that, but honestly, nothing gives you as much results as hard work and dedication. This video was posted nearly a year ago.. and I haven't quit yet so yeah.. I'm looking way better now.

Even if those are true legit 115's that Charley is doing (which I don't believe they are), that's still 75 lbs under his body weight in each hand. That's how.

  • Bob Sapp sucks as far as a pride fighting goes (he has no actual skill and does nothing but flail his hands) but put Bob Sapp in a street fight with any of those guys and it would be over. In a regulated fight.. he has rules to follow. In a street fight.. he would pick their ass up and slam them on the concrete and it would be over. You get someone like Sapp on top of you.. a solid 400 lbs and you aint getting him off. He sucks and has lack of skill, but his size is what people fear most.

  • Nobody goes down to their ass. Parallel is all that is required in squatting. Going past parallel is just asking for an injury. And if you watch my squat vid.. you will see I went parallel every time. And as I said.. my knee was in extreme pain.. but the pain has subcided so I think i'll be good.

  • Its really more personal preference. And just because something is harder, doesn't neccesarily mean its better. For example.. alot of people who do military press like to go behind their heads towards their neck. I refrain from doing this because it causes lots of strain on your shoulders due to the fact its not a natural position for you shoulders to be in and can cause you to injure yourself easily. Keep in mind that doesn't mean it won't work.. I just prefer to do things the safe way.
