@awesomesauce352 Hmm not sure what you mean. You could make a plane below your scene and put a texture on it. Maybe you mean you want to put a costume texture/image you have on the floor? That easy too not sure how to do it from memory though.
@awesomesauce352 I was able to put a mesh plane below a scene then click on new material and then new texture, select "image or movie" and then selected an image and my "floor" had the image.

@tistu3 The file gets put in c:/tmp be default in windows if that's what your asking.
