@FUSA4LIFE It's a series of vertical view shooter games (known as bullet hell shooters). This game might seem simple but it has probably one of the bigest fan bases on the net of any game. Any given character has tons of fans, even ones that only apear once. The character you mostly see in this video is Utsuho Reiuji. The game series is known as Touhou Project and there are a number of games out. Constult Touhou Project wiki for more information. This song is a remix of one of the battle themes.

@FUSA4LIFE Sorry kinda forgot about your reply for a sec xD Anyways most places will have you pay to download, a while ago there where a ton of free downloads but now you have to go through some stuff like downloading WIN.rar and stuff to get it in a zipped folder. I'd post a link in the comments if it'd let me :<. I know one dowload link is (search Juegos Touhou PC). you need WIN.rar installed first to get it. Also consult the source you got .rar from on info on how to use it.
