  • Same goes for legalizing prostitution. It must be taxed too, not to mention regulated to prevent the spread of disease.

The taxed money can again be spent on education and health care, jobs would be created to check prostitutes for health or to protect them from few odd (=...euphemism) clients.

  • Finally they can start putting additives in our weed too! Hooray. Did you notice the all seeing eye?

  • Finally they can start putting additives in our weed too! Hooray. Did you notice the all seeing eye?

  • I will tel you how california can get out of this crises, stop voting for the barbara boxers, and pelosis of the world. Cut welfare and unnecesary programs, lower taxes on businesses, lower minumum wage to allow businesses to thrive, and lower the income tax to put money back in the citezens pockets. People are productive, not government. If you lower the tax burden on people and businesses the economy WILL grow, and grow quickly.

  • wow, really? legalizing marijuana? i mean seriously, you people couldn't come up with a smarter way to get cash? well what else could i expect from a bunch of idiot Californians, with their ridiculous air-headed bimbo barbie-girl wanna bees, anorexic assholes, and egotistic morons...so have fun getting stoned Cali. it just shows off even more of your stupidity..

  • @PunkRockerGirl1314 ...You really need to get your head out of your ass.

  • @RecovOne its my opinion, bitch

  • @PunkRockerGirl1314 Okay. :)

  • Why is the "welcome to California" sign on the opening of this video shaped like Oregon. Maybe you guys need to put the bong down when you campaign for the legalization of pot. This was yours to have, but, as usual, you can't rely on pot heads to do anything right. You'll be lucky if they even remember to show up to a meeting. Next time, sober up first.

  • @buffalowingmediabias Late to meetings? Yeah like as if Ted Turner (owner of CNN) who DOES smoke is ever late to a "meeting" or he is a failure, or any other celebrity that smokes who is rich and famous while you just sitting on your ass drinking your brain cells dead. Man stupid pricks like you are why this fucking world is such a shit hole, tell me this why when my dad is drunk he can't even function but I can go and smoke some 2 bong bowls of weed with 24% thc (good stuff)and function normal.

  • Comment removed

  • @Tboy91 I can't believe yet another moron on the internet has tried to make this idiotic point: celebrities represent ALL of us. LMAO Hey, put the bong down and look this up: high-functioning alcoholic. Just because you can function while on drugs, doesn't mean you are ok! It is pathetic that any one has to point this out to you. And if I was your dad, I would be getting drunk too.

  • Comment removed

  • @buffalowingmediabias I would be fighting for US if you could drink or smoke weed at 18 however it will be limited till 21 same as alcohol, you can fight for The Government but you cant enjoy any of those? Stuff needs to be legal to eliminate the black market.

  • @Tboy91 To you and all the other idiots, zombie, pot heads who keep saying alcohol kills brain cells, you do realize that's a lie, right? Look it up, google it, join the new century. Either you already know this and just lie, or you are mindless sheep who simply regurgitate the dogma you are fed without researching it. And actually, moderate alcohol consumption has been associated with better cognitive skills and memory than is abstaining from alcohol, look it up.

  • Comment removed

  • @buffalowingmediabias Holy fucking shit why not just write me a speech, but ill read urs after i post this. You said "Alcohol doesn't kill braincells, like you zombie POT heads do". However I got a tape of my dad being a dumb ass and he yelled at our neighbor leaving for work (as my dad came home). The neighbor stopped his car backed it up asked my dad what it said my dad says "Is that a Google?" five times. He then talks to our neighbor (ohh btw when he was yelling he yelled DUMBASS 4 times".

  • @buffalowingmediabias Pot is a weed, it's easy to grow and produce. The only reason it's expensive is because it's illegal... you could tax the shit out of it and it would still be less than street val.

Bottom line is, alcohol is much more dangerous of a substance, so logically there is no reason for weed being illegal - taxes or not. Pot has also been around much longer and was made illegal in the first place because of yellow journalism and racism of Mexican people who brought it here.

  • @buffalowingmediabias there haven't been any deaths recorded, as crazy as that sounds. It's impossible to OD on weed and it's link to any possible increase in cancer risk/disease hasn't been proven... then again, it's hard to do controlled studies and test because, well, it's illegal... what is known is that alcohol and tobacco are much more damaging.

You can't legislate appetite or morality. People are going to buy/smoke wether it's legal or not. Might as well benefit from it.

  • @ICD2k3 "benefit"? You mean the taxes? I think it was said before, the taxes collected would not be enough to pay for the problems created by it, just like it is with alcohol. And, people don't grow alcohol in their homes. How are you going to tax people who grow pot at home? As a matter of fact, this law said nothing about how taxation would work. It was badly put together so it failed.

  • california fucked up

  • to those worried about the poll's, when changed from a live to an automated poll "yes" had a decided advantage.

  • A most impressive and accurate video. Prop 19 really isn't making the consumption of marijuana mainstream, it is about creating jobs and generating money from something that is ALREADY mainstream.

  • Taxes on buying it from a store, and taxes on items you use to grow the plant, jars and such to cure, storage, pipes and papers to smoke out of, lighters to burn it, oil for cooking and electricity, soap to wash hands and so on! No matter who is growing it, taxed items/services MUST be purchased. How can you say "if people grow it, they won't be contributing any tax money at all" that is just retarded. Think about it. Whether its a store of a person, tax will be generated and paid for.

  • @guest2424 Well, ppl can grow their own food, but do they? This way, even the poor can have some...and the really good stuff...well you'd be a fool not to sell it....problem solved! There's still moonshine, but few of us drink it.

    You need a paradigm shift!!

  • Vote No! This is a scam to make BiG Brother more in control of the Sacred Shrub that is from nature! There are so many loop holes and ways for them to arrest you if this law passes! Read the actual proposition before voting please!

  • Anyone notice the eye at the top of the leaf that happens to be the same one on the dollar bill?

  • That's exactly what we need. More money for the government to spend on things we don't know about.

  • be wise. legalize.

come on cali set the example for the rest of the states ...after they see how successful it is it is everyone will follow in your footsteps and no longer will we have to tweak.

  • its not about getting high. its about getting the economy going. fear/scare-mongers will be fear/scare-mongers DONT LET THEM WIN!!!

  • Man, i've been waiting for this month. Please California PLEASE! You guys can make a change! :D

  • All eyes on California, the rest of the United States is closely watching. Dont let us down, legalize it!

  • survey usa poll released today has prop 19 at a statistical dead heat of 44 yes to 46 no with 9 percent undecided as of yet... This is in reach folks! We just need to hit the polling booth and get it done. Many people will tell opinion pollsters to take a hike, but they will represent themselves in the polls come Nov 2.

  • @buffalowingmediabias - truth is always bitter

  • @khundcharcha We will have to agree to disagree. I guess I'll just go down to beach now, to one of those bars with an ocean view patio. I'll have a few beers with my friends and watch beautiful women in bikinis go by. Maybe pick up a 6 pick at the super market on the way back. Good luck smoking your bong in the basement, in a corner, under the sheets, in the dark, getting scared every time you think you hear someone coming, for the rest of your life! Truth is always bitter, isn't it.

  • @buffalowingmediabias Good luck with your bloated cancerous liver

  • @cheesemas46 Why, I don't abuse drinking. The government even recommends having two drinks a day. It's good for your heart. Sorry, what's your next awful argument?

  • @buffalowingmediabias So stop me if I'm wrong but your going to drink to help your heart however the score card goes. Your also killing your brain cells, and killing your whole urinary system, there are way better ways to get a healthy heart ie taking omega 3 oils. However weed kills glioma cancer cells, throat cancer cells, lung cancer cells, can be grown in your backyard, will get you the same feeling as alcohol, and it can increase your creativeness without impairing you as much as alcohol.

  • @Tboy91 That's the thing, we drink to have fun. We don't pretend otherwise, the way you pot smokers do. You attach creativity (which is a scientific theory, not a fact, sorry), peace, health, and other nonsense. Just like the 60's. The baby boomers want to change history to make it seem that it was about peace and being anti-establishment, when it fact it was about getting high and having sex with strangers. You want to feel high, end of story, stop making it about something else.

  • @buffalowingmediabias You are way misinformed.

Yes people smoke weed to get high, yes they can go out and have sex with strangers anyone can. However when you smoke it you can fight off a headache or migraine just from smoking an amble amount of it, plus it grows in your backyard.

Say you slipped a disc in your back in any region, you smoke a couple bowls and the pain will be away. Weed basically is in a shouting competition with pain, only weed has the mega phones, and your pain doesn't.

  • @buffalowingmediabias so why are you so against it being legal, why should the purpose matter? Why do you want to regulate what a person does with THEIR body? I don't run into bars telling people they shouldn't be drinking, or snatch cigarettes from people's mouths.

As for the revenue, no doubt regulation will take some of the tax money generated (if it were legal) but you're also forgetting about the tons of money spent to keep it illegal (police, jails, etc).

  • @ICD2k3 I did mention why I am against it being legal. Boy, you guys are indeed extremely forgetful. Put the bong down and read again. And I see you are laying it on thick with the "taking your freedom away" dogma. LOL The government regulates food all the time, in fact, anything you can put in your body. Why don't you whine about all those other things? Oh yeah, other stuff doesn't make double rainbows in the sky look extremely fascinating. LMAO

  • @buffalowingmediabias I do whine about those things, I don't think the government has any right to tell you what you can/can't do with your body. I'm against any kind of food regulation - why am I not "whining about it?" we're talking about weed because thats what this video is about!

If conservatives are all for limited gov't then this is indeed a conservative issue, what can be more controlling than gov't telling you what you can't do with your own flesh?

  • @ICD2k3 Well, do you go to other videos that deal with the government other unjust ways of telling us what to do with out bodies Do you equally oppose prostitution being illegal? You are for getting rid of the FDA completely? That was my point, it's all BS. And if you were paying attention, you would have noticed that I would have voted yes had it not being for the condescending attitude people like you, and others here display. Thank you all for illustrating my point.

  • @buffalowingmediabias You evidently don't know that hemp the material made from cannabis of any species, is in fact the world's most durable cloth known to man, it is easier to make hemp paper than paper from wood pulp (which uses chems that run off into streams often). You are a real dumb individual if you think me legalizing one thing makes me want to make something else illegal. People should be able to do what they want to do, they however should know what they are doing to their bodies.

  • @Tboy91 I love how so many pot heads know intricate details and facts about pot and believe that makes them smart. LMAO And I was obviously being sarcastic when I suggested you guys try to make alcohol illegal since you keep telling people how horrible it is. I guess if I was constantly getting high, it would be hard for me to understand easy concepts like that too. By the way, you forgot to mention how great it is for making rope. LOL

  • @buffalowingmediabias Yeah I and I love how fuck ups like you try to dictate what someone can do TO THEIR OWN BODY. You can go and drink your alcohol, whatever I like my cup of tea everyone has a different on for different hobbies. People who smoke we aren't slackers at all, you have never tried this stuff and you think you know it like a book, you are a dumbass quit running your retarded ass mouth when you don't know shit. Go have a beer and lose some brain cells, Imma smoke and kill bad cells.

  • @Tboy91 Again, no response to 1:12, is your brain too fried to answer a simple question? And by the way, I have tried it, several times. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it turns out you don't know everything. LOL

  • @buffalowingmediabias The reason they show an old lady, as opposed to a alcoholic is because marijuana kills glioma cells (brain cancer cells), alieviate pain, cause drowsiness to help sleep when in alot of pain from chemotherapy, and to much more to name in this comment box. However all alcohol does is cause impairment, alleviate minor to min-moderate pain, upon that it KILLS BRAIN CELLS, hence why you don't understand the whole fucking scene.

  • @Tboy91 LOL, you are pathetic. What percentage of people use marijuana for that? Give me data that shows the majority of pot users use it for that. By the way, studies show alcohol is good for your heart. You know that (since you are such are health expert), yet you omitted it. LOL On the other hand, the majority of people who drink are not drop down to the floor alcoholics, yet this ad implies it. You are defending the undefendable, and digging a deeper hole for yourself. LMAO

  • @buffalowingmediabias How am I defending the undependable rofl. Go ahead spend 7-12 dollars on your fucking drug and waste all your money when I can grow my shit and save my money, kind shows how much of an addict you are eh? How bout you try to homebrew OHH yeah thats right, the beer will taste like ass and take to long. Ohh and no I wasn't stoned to much in class rofl, i would go in high alot but I still passed government with a A+ and a 98% on the final.

  • @buffalowingmediabias Exactly like ICD2k3 says below me, who are you to tell what people can do with their body. You evidently don't know that weed is a natural pesticide it doesn't need chemicals, and 1 acre of cannabis (grows in 3 months) is equal to enough fibrous material that 4 acres of wood (grows in 25-50 years). It is a good way to boost the economy, and people need to be able to smoke a bowl so much as they could drink a beer. Get the sand out of you vagina dude.

  • @Tboy91 Yeah yeah, blah blah blah. Just admit it, you want to get high all the time and feel dopey without worrying about cops. Don't give us all this BS about "fibrous materials", it's pathetic. And if you guys think Alcohol and Tobacco are sooooo horrible for people, if you care that much, why don't you try to get a campaign going to make them illegal? Good luck with that. LOL

  • @buffalowingmediabias we just "want to get high all day"? shit we can do that now and it's illegal haha, we want it legal because we believe it's the logical thing to do.

I don't want alcohol and tobacco illegal, lol I love beer, we were just pointing out the hypocrisy that more dangerous substances ARE legal. We should learn our lesson from prohibition. The war on drugs is a colossal expensive failure.

  • @ICD2k3 You want it legal because "we believe it's the logical thing to do? LOL I fail to find logic in this video. The first part shows all the horrible things wrong with California right now and then proceeds to have the audacity to claim legalizing point would solve all those problems. If you are high you might find that logical. LMAO

  • @ICD2k3 Speaking of hypocrisy, why is it that at 1:12 the person getting pot is a poor old lady using it as medicine, but the one getting alcohol is a falling down drunk? Why isn't the person getting pot an unemployed loser who has forgotten where he lives? There are people out there who hare ill relatives who use pot to alleviate certain symptoms and health problems. But please, give me a break, most of you are slackers who just want to get high everyday worry free.

  • @buffalowingmediabias The hypocrisy is that more dangerous substances are legal. Weed is a non-toxic drug fyi. The drug war is a huge waste of money that the country needs, and our prisons are overcrowded with non-violent offenders. Even the former US Surgeon General supports legalization.

"Slackers that want to get high all day"? I graduated college, I have a good job in Manhattan where I work hard - I enjoy coming home and having a smoke like some people like coming home and having a beer.

  • @ICD2k3 You still can't defend what happens at 1:12 !! And yet, you act indignant at being compared to a stereotype. LOL You might not be a slacker, but all the pot heads I have met in my life are. So who represents the typical pot smoker, you or the slackers I have met? I personally think it's somewhere in the middle, but definitely, absolutely, the typical profile of a pot smoker is NOT an old lady in a walker. If you could get off your script, it would be nice to have you address that.

  • @buffalowingmediabias I actually agree with you on that, it was unfair portrayal - didn't have enough characters left to address it, but it really doesn't add anything to the debate.

The typical pot smoker is probably somewhere in the middle, but even if someone does just want to get high all day, vegetate, and mess up their OWN life then thats their choice... it comes down to personal responsibility - we are adults, we don't need gov't to be parents. Big issue is the cost of keeping it illegal

  • @ICD2k3 Thank you, I can respect and agree with what you said. Because of this portrayal and the similar attitudes many have (like Tboy91), I voted no. And everything you said in your second paragraph can be applied to drinking. As a drinker, I'm not responsible for drunk drivers, underage drinkers, and people who violate parole when they drink (all of which are illegal). In my opinion, you should criticize prescription drugs, which is a bigger government hypocrisy than alcohol.

  • @buffalowingmediabias Yes you AREN'T responsible for the other drunk drivers, underage etc. However who are you to label an average American like you who just so happens to like marijuana's effect on THEM, who do the government or people like you think you are to say that what one persons profession of studying the effects of one specific plant, or one persons needs aren't true that they just do it for what YOU SAY, as to what THEY SAY.

  • @Tboy91 Hmmm, it's called a DEMOCRACY you jackass, look it up. Maybe you were too stoned in high school and missed it when they talked about it in class. What a surprise!! LOL

  • @buffalowingmediabias I still have all my brain cells, lol you evidently didn't pay attention to history cause the 18th amendment outlawed your beloved alcohol and all it did was create more crime (much like how weed is today helping crime by it being ILLEGAL) then it was repealed by the 21st amendment cause they saw the mistake they had made, however now they got dumb fucks like you who lost brain cells from alcohol being their fucking mouth, simply cause your are easily manipulated.

  • @buffalowingmediabias You wanna know something fucked up, a solider killed himself not that long ago now for DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE DUE TO FAILURE OF A DRUG TEST. You really are a dumbass if you agree that (the men and women fighting for OUR freedom out their) should be denied of their medicinal use for PTSD (google it dumbass). He was discharged because they "didn't get the memo" however he had all paperwork up to date, they just set him up for failure.

  • @Tboy91 Sorry, but if you kill yourself over that, you are dumb. Plain and simple, dumb. Just because you do a great thing, like serve in the arm forces, doesn't mean you are going to get your way on everything. I'm sure a lot of them wish for other laws to be changed in their favor. How about giving automatic citizenship to those who have served? Are you as concerned on ALL other aspects regarding the rights of those who serve, or only on those that pertain to your nasty habit, hypocrite?

  • @buffalowingmediabias So since I read a story on a soldier killing himself over a failed drug test, you insist on trying to tell me that I am concerned about that whole group? You are really a dumb ass you drink alcohol, thus weakening your feeble brain more, and you try to act like you know shit when you don't. The sign maybe shaped like Oregon on accident did you ever think of that possibility? No you didn't cause your fucking brain is probably almost mush.

  • @Tboy91 Even if the sign is shaped like Oregon on accident, that is something they should have caught. This is only one of many flaws with this video. You guys did not present any persuasive arguments (which is the same thing going on in this comment section), so you lost!! This ad is dumb, starting with the sign, which is the first thing we see, and it goes downhill from there.

  • @Tboy91 You brought up a sob story about a soldier (after Veteran's Day no less!!) in an attempt to manipulate people's feelings in favor of your cause. I exposed you as being a fraud that doesn't really care about soldiers, only about your stupid weed. You, as usual, have no answer, except to call me names and spread more lies about drinkers. Keep writing, that will turn back the results of election day. LMFAO

  • @buffalowingmediabias You evidently don't know that there are party's where they pass the bong around and smoke, and "hear someone coming for you". The only reason a pothead would be paranoid about that shit is persecution in a court of law. What if you knew that drinking was illegal, and you went and drank then you heard cop cars go by your house, it would put you on edge don't even lie. Pot isn't crack or meth you don't seclude yourself, pot makes you wanna be more social.

  • @Tboy91 But drinking is NOT illegal, you have no point. It was illegal at one time, and how long did that last? How long has pot being illegal? I met a lot of guys in college who would seclude themselves in their room getting high, ALL the time. I like how you guys try to paint a rosy picture of pot heads and try to romanticize weed. You are like guys who try to get girls drunk with wine or champagne because it's more "sophisticated". Your are full of shit.

  • @buffalowingmediabias "I met a lot of guys in college who would seclude themselves in their room getting high, ALL the time. I like how you guys try to paint a rosy picture of pot heads and try to romanticize weed."

So?.....That is anecdotal evidence at best. There are two reasons you see this in some people. 1. That is there personality. meaning they would be doing the something with alcohol, etc. 2. If it were legal people would not have to "seclude themselves".

  • @TheFunEnglishTeacher Oh, I see. So all the potheads that I have met, who were all forgetful and completely unreliable, would be that way regardless of pot because that's their personality? LMAO And you guys are so full of solid evidence. Specially in facebook, I keep reading how "NO ONE" has ever died as a result of pot in the history of humanity. Again LMAO. Now everyone can see what makes the "fun" part of "TheFunEnglishTeacher". LOL

  • @buffalowingmediabias Just cause it is illegal doesn't kick it into the realm of bad stuff, slavery wasn't illegal at one time. The law isn't always right, like I have said you have no say as to what a person can and can't put into their system. You are a hypocrite be cause you like to drink to get inebriated which takes about 30 mins thus causing overdose to be more practical, whereas weed is instantly and you can tell when to stop. Maybe you should actually get scientific facts.

  • @Tboy91 You are bringing up slavery? Really? Really? Gay marriage lost in California in large part because gay activists pissed off black people by comparing their "struggle" to those of the black community in the US. I'm sure you guys lost in part to your whole attitude. You attack and mock drinking. You make outrageous claims that pot brings absolutely, positively, 100%, zero harm to anyone or anything. You could have won easily if you had said the right things.

  • As a drinker, I'm voting no, mainly because I'm tired of the pro pot crowd constantly bashing us drinkers and putting us in a bad light to try to get what you want. You can see it in this video. If guys were not assholes about it, I would be on your side.

  • @buffalowingmediabias your drug is more dangerous moron

  • @TheJesteroso Anything is dangerous if you abuse it. You can die if you drink too much water at once. Oh yeah...moron!!!

  • @buffalowingmediabias So your voting no so people who want to get high can't, but you can get drunk all you want even after all the research on how deadly alcohol is. My friend you are a fucking biased hypocrite with no factual data to back your reasoning. Did you know that pot and alcohol go hand in hand?

  • @Tboy91 R U so high that you didn't understand my post? I have no problem with pot or people getting high, but because u r all such assholes about it, I'm voting no. You make it seem as if all drinkers support illegal drunk driving or illegal underage drinking. That's not me being a hypocrite, that's me reacting to how you act towards. Next time pick on tobacco smokers. I just voted NO and will be celebrating tonight with a drink, have fun hiding from the law the rest of your life.

  • FIRST OFF! the government should be LUCKY enough to tax this plant. It came from nature, it isnt man-made. The same (but very different) with MILK. they cant tax milk because it came from a cow and they arent paying the cows to make it. if they want to keep something illegal, how about cigarettes? you know, the one thing that causes every type of cancer...that kills billions a year.

  • @420Sheffield420 WOW then that shit is DEFINATLY rigged! i had a fuckin feeling it would be. just so happens every poll this YEAR has said YES-52% . No- 40 something %. This governments in control. we dont have no say at all. we can all pretend our votes count but if the dea and president and gov doesnt want it, then it wont happen. usa isnt the same. what ever happened to what the people want? its all about the governments and im getting fuckin sick of it!

  • i really hope that is passes. the last 2 polls show it losing!!! but who cares about polls!!!! anyways yes on prop 19. Its the right thing to do!!!

  • @pred123424 What poll are you seeing? Every poll ive seen so far its been winning by atleast 10% votes.

  • @420Sheffield420 Los Angeles Times poll has it losing 51% to 39%. That came out the other day and there was some other one that had it losing 48% to 43%. That one came out on the 18th, still think people will make the right choice. But these 2 polls have me worried.

  • I have a hard time believing that people who have been growing pot for all this years, if this passes, are going to come out and say "Hey, I'm growing and selling pot, can you please tax me?"

  • @greenbeaverfilms they don't have to, you can have a 5x5 plot of untaxed personal use marijuana

  • @TheJesteroso If that's the case, then this whole tax revenue argument is BS.

  • @greenbeaverfilms not only that, I'm going to be a tourist and intend on buy high quality buds in coffee shops

  • @greenbeaverfilms - Nobody has to say hey tax me I'm growing pot. When supply chain is established, everybody will pay their share. You will pay 10% when you buy it from your nearest walmart store!

  • @khundcharcha How will the "supply chain" be established? If I have been buying from Frank for years, why would I as a consumer go pay more at Walmart? We're not talking about moonshine. If you know where to go, you can get good stuff. Why would consumers and sellers voluntarily start paying taxes? For example, lots of people right now are getting paid under the table for freelance jobs and collecting unemployment. Not everyone is going to suddenly start playing by the rules because of this.

  • @greenbeaverfilms - Marketing will take care of this. There are lot of coffee sellers but people go to Starbucks. Why would I buy illegally from John Doe if I can get it legally from any convenience store?

  • @khundcharcha Price. Personally, I'm voting yes. If it's legal to get drunk and high on prescription drugs, pot should also be legal. However, you guys lay on too much BS in your arguments and it turns people off. For example, the whole medical marihuana thing. If you want to get high, get high, don't give us BS that you are doing it for your health. And don't tell us to do it for the taxes. Like alcohol, this will create more problems than revenues to pay for them.

  • @greenbeaverfilms Pot is actually more of a medicine than NSAID's like asprin. If you have a headache and you smoke some good indica then your headache will be gone in about 10 minutes if even that after smoking. Pot has been shown to kill all cancerous cells in the neck, lungs, and brain. However cigarettes actually heal those cancerous cells back to living. I have never heard of a stoned only driver killing people, as much as I have heard of a drunk driver killing someone. Google "The Union".

  • @Tboy91 From what I have read, you burn the medicinal elements of pot when you smoke it. And of course your headache goes away, YOU ARE HIGH!! There are many ailments you can hide by getting high, with other drugs too. You don't actually believe a high driver has "never" killed anyone with a car, do you?

  • @greenbeaverfilms

plus, even with the taxes the final sale price will still be lower. Economist predict the price of an ounce going down to around 80 dollars per ounce, due to the industrialization of production.

  • @slowdrum13 Tell the people who smoke cigarettes how much industrialization of productions has lowered their prices. In 2008 Californians voted to build a freaking high speed train that goes between LA and San Francisco. Shockingly, now that it passed, it turns out the cost is going to be higher than initially announced!! Funny how that tends to happen, right?

  • @greenbeaverfilms and nobody will buy water or fertilizer or jars or scissors or anything else for the growing and curing of cannabis will they? If people grow it, they will just make it magically appear with no cost, and no cost, means nothing to tax. We have to get rid of magic and make people pay tax on items they use to grow the plants. Even without magic, people will say "i'm not paying tax on this fertilizer" and shop owners will say "oh darn, oh well, no tax for you then".

  • @guest2424 Oh, so we should legalize pot just so that we can tax the supplies used to make it? wtf? For years, has there been a black market for fertilizer and cultivation supplies? If not, your point, and your whole post, make no sense. You tried to take something I said somewhere where it doesn't belong. Maybe I need to be high to understand you.

  • Comment removed

  • @greenbeaverfilms Oh ok, well, I guess your right. Every California person who wants to grow pot, is already growing 25 square feet and everyone who wants to buy it, is already buying it from a medical marijuana store so nothing will change. I was stupid to think that at least 1 or more people who wanted to grow or buy, wasn't already doing so. You are soo smart, thank you for pointing that out. Why on earth did I think there are any people at all in Cali following the law. *facepalm*
