I have a 3200sqft home doc, I have .30 ACH, (PASSIVE FRESH AIR VENTILATION) with no sealants, no foam, NOTHING. Every square inch of my home gets ventilated. It cost me an average of 28$/month to heat and cool my home in a fairly extreme central KS climate. Now tell me, with a 5% mortagage, what can you do for my home that will pay itself back in savings????NOTHING YOU IDIOT. I guess when your selling garbage information to idiots, you don't worry about money. Outside UNFILTERED air is my best.
