Remember doing something like that with my 69 528 Six Pack- never doing it again: 1: say by to the tires after that- I'll do a peel out and a brake stand, but that consumes tires in 30 sec 2: the M/Ts I had were garbage- third donut, tire split, bent my left rear cragar. Never again

The only reason I'm replying to your comment is because it appears you think the dodge in this video is a "dart".I see you made your comment 5 months ago,so you probably know by now it is not a 'dodge-dart'-I hope!Dart's didn't come equipped w/ race gear like the big body car in this video DID!In defense of your Dad, Darts were "granny cars" compared to the other Chrysler,Plymouth, & Dodges'people were used to.they still out-run anything built since!!!!

Ok, but my first point to make is the car in this vid is a 1964 Dodge Polara- not a Dart. Secondly, the Dart was a bit of a "granny" in comparison. I'm not saying all of them, and I still like some Darts- yours is pretty damn cool, but my taste is partial to the Polara.

When i was a teen I taught my grandfather to pull donuts in a dart that we owned. My dad wanted to kill me for it but my grandfather told him he had a blast doing it.

That was in the early 80's. My grandfather had never driven a car in his life.
