  • This Council has increased it's publicity budget by 11% yet the people do not know what is going on. Why does the Council propaganda sheet HFNews fail to inform people what their money is spent on or what the long term plans for them are? This is a diverse borough but under the Tories it is becoming a divided borough. How can a council justify increasing budgets on saying what it does but cut budgets on actually doing it. It is time to lift the stone and see what crawls out!
