allows you to enter cheats like impulse which give you all hl2 weapons no garrysmod addons weapons

sv cheats is the console command to turn on cheat mode for the server. to activate it make sure u have enable developer console on in the advanced keyboard options and press the ~ key. then, type this: sv_cheats 1

this should allow the slow motion, because the weapon is programmed to activate the slomo cheat when it is fired and deactivate it after a certain time
