  • it includes all of the most deepest feelings, and thoughts of a man. beautiful!

  • i swear its like if stevie wonder & earth wind and fire had a baby... jamiroquai was born

  • such an awesome song when it gets going ^_^

  • break up song? haha already added to my favourites for when i need it, jay kays lyrics just click in the brain to suit different emotions <3

  • This is the best song on dynamite.

  • @jamiroquai01fan I MEANT TO CLICK THUMBS UP!! SORRY! COULDN'T AGREE MORE! Gets better with every listen! WHAT A LEGEND!!!

  • @lloydybaby83 :) definately.

  • new album ever coming?

  • @jonathanbraddy The new album is already out. It's called "Rock Dust Light Star".

  • Everyone I know told me to stay away from the "dynamite" album.

BUT hold the f*ck on, This is HOT

First time I've heard this cut, unreal Jay...

  • @jonathanbraddy

Stay AWAY from Dynamite? It's a great addition to the Jamiroquai discography. Seven days in sunny june and talullah are some of the most relaxing tracks ever

  • I wish they would tour Minneapolis....

  • Best song on the album...

  • obsessed with this tune!

  • Been a fan for many years, seen them at Glastonbury 1993, but this song's got something heartfelt.Tequila brown may have to get me a bottle ; )..

    .

  • this song makes me relax...especially on long car rides. :)

  • Don't shoot me down

The sunshine shining down, I'm hot tequila brown

    Don't shoot me down

I'm stone cold, but I'm lying here in the

    Sunshine shining down

  • i love rob harris's style. and the guitar solo is great. simple but great

  • @dhibss00 and @darkocelotl06

Maybe this song is about the difficulty of trust after being hurt?

  • Very good song - I know some people aren't keen on the "Dynamite" album, but in my opinion there are some very good songs on it - this being one of them! :)

  • Chill song. His voice is very relaxing

  • awesome song! "dont shoot me down"...

  • TEQUILA RULES!!!

  • i'm pretty sure the last line of second verse is "cross that rubicon, i think i really must"

    am i wrong?

and i think this song is about coming clean again with yourself and everyone around while knowing that you can only handle the situation yourself and knowning that anyone who comes up with blames on you will only make you go to the wrong direction again...

    what do you think?

  • I thought the very same thing.

  • i've been listening to this song for over 2 hours on repeat. am i having a depression?

  • jup

  • No mate. Thanks Hayley. I love you. XxX

  • NOPE, this song's just worth it

  • JAY KAY'S CANNED HEAT or Dynamite will heal you

  • how many times... jaja jamiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirooooooooooooooooooo!!!

  • Simply love it!! A real summer song indeed!

  • Dynamyte is a great album, but travelling without moving is much better.

  • Agree 100 %!!!

Fact is .. there is no "bad" JayKay Album at all ... but in my opinion Travelling without movin, Synkronized and Funky Odyssey are the best ones ... Emergency on Planet Earth, Return of the Spacecowboy and Dynamite are still good ... but just not as explosive as the rest!!!

This Song is my favourite on Dynamite!

  • gud point alos 21

    but hes a man

    hes always gonna have cars

    but in general

    environmentally friendly

  • 3:14

  • Awsome!!...but IMO the only good album from J is Dynamite, you can find few gems on other ones but rarely :/

  • I agree on that Dynamite is the most easy listening one. The older the more acid-jazzy the albums are. I play the early CDs when I feel like that (very often). I don't think Dynamite is the best one. But to be honest it reminds me of my former girlfriend. :)

  • i guess it is about substance abuse but really it sounds like a Chow Yun Fat tribute XD

  • Very! Very! Bouncy' track'' it's almost made like a futurist theme, this tune goes with millions of - cosmic stars, planets, milkyways out there, love this producer.

  • my love song :p

  • nice, catchy song!

  • LOVE this song!

  • nice chilled tune he's gt a quality voice!!!

  • New album coming soon - just finished the recording :D

  • he is a true hero

    stands up for de environment

    and people

    and a true inspiration

    7 albums and pure genius

  • a bit of a paradox, cos the dude loves his environment non friendly cars

  • Brilliant!

  • is it my pc or does the volume keep changing every 3 seconds?

  • Anyone composes a song like this is nothing short of a fucking genius.

  • perfect song ever... Love Jamiroquai

  • No... The best song of this album: STARCHILD

  • oh how we miss the old acid jazz jamiroquai when we have to put up with the last two pop albums.

  • Agree, these are two different worlds. And I don't prefer auto-tunesque vocals here. Too poppy. Sad, because Jay CAN sing very lively.

  • true jkay has talent and could sing any jazz track aswell. for me the first two albums are the best in terms of lyrics instruments and being original.

  • I'm shocked no-one else has uploaded it, and even more so that there are no live versions. One of his best songs for sure, a hidden gem on the album that gets better every time you listen to it.... thanks for uploading!

  • (although I would be interested to know what hot tequila brown actually means.....haha)

  • He explains it in an interview... he was on a 3 day coke binge and then took 2 swigs of tequila, which felt hotter than a cup of tea.

Then he decided to stop because he felt mortal terror.

  • Bullshit mate.

    HOT tequila Brown is HEROIN!!!!!!!!

    fool

  • yep

  • nice solo, too

  • this song can lift any mood!

  • yes.....this is best song of this album

  • The grooviest groove ever grooved.

  • He's all messed up on H when he recorded this. lol, nevertheless, great song.

  • Ihaaaaaaaaaaaa I like this song......

  • How many fools, will I let

Unlock the door to my heart!

    so true jay

    :(

    i love this song =)

  • This verse gets deep inside of me too...it's one of the best ever written.

Jay is really good writing impact verses, they get to the soul.

  • @darkocelotl06 ... My feeling from that lyric is this....we all search for love and in our desparate attempts we even try things that we know we shouldn't because an attempt to find love will always be better than not trying at all....using the word "fool" to describe the other person is perfect, because you are labeling that person who is receiving your love as a fool for not appreciating the gift will be bestowed upon you if you return the love and those who don't are "fools" for missing out

  • im hot tequila browm i love this song its perfect and sounds great.

  • in a concert here in argentina i was told it was a disaster. but i really like jamiroquai! this song rules

  • I love the song;

    But I may be dense...

    What is the song about?

  • the guy has the words listed..starsnaja

  • geweldig liedje,

  • This is the best Jamiroquai song ever made!!!

  • I have never seen a guy with such groovy style

  • all of you are right...this song is great...!!!i listen to jamiroquai since I was 4 (1995)...since then, I can't stop lintening to their music...Jay Kay is pretty a genius...sorry because of my english...i don't write on this language since 2 years ago...:P...i think i'm loosing some practice...well...i ussually don't speak english...i speak spanish...it doesn't mean i'm from spain....well...who cares.........

the point its that i love the group as much as you do...

  • one of the best bands ever

  • absolutely!

  • yes i saw them in concert and they're fantastic..and this is one of their best song!

  • I like this best in the Dynamite, nice mood.

  • siete bravissimi!!!

    W i JAMIROQUAI...

E' quasi la mia traccia preferita.

  • for those first timers... I bet you want to listen to the song, just once more. THAT is why this should not be forgotten. A genius with a unique voice, I hope this fella keeps making records as I will keep buying.

  • this might be the best track this guy ever made, I've loved the band since the early 90s. To me, this is a song that should be on a sound-track, a western would be perfect and that's how I imagine he imagined it. Not a goodbye at all, at least 2 or 3 more albums from the genius. To me this might be his love for Denis Van Outten, slowly dying a death that was not what he wanted.

  • Its a great song but i fear that the hidden message here is that after the 2008 album, there will be no more jamiroquai! I hope not and i will remain possitive though!

  • thanks for the upload....

    i'm feelin this one

  • glad u enjoyed! Jamiroquai rules!

  • @StarsNaja what does hot tequila brown mean? ive searched online but no one gives a clear answer

  • i really love this track of jamirquai(one of the best) i make movies of our shetland ponys and i allways use songs of jamiroquai
