Okay I think I got the basics of self learning how to draw full body armor. So you must must know how to draw the specific body in the wanted psition, then use a basic of h1-5 type of a pen and make the position. Then just look at some armor first detached and then maybe undetached and see how that part works. Then just finish up by adding the armor in its right scale by layer in top of layer to the basse, and then shadow and accent the rest.

Hm. This armor is not that medeival at all. its fantasy with a few elements that have some historical inspiration. Its a fantasy armor through and through.

@loootad well to go realistic most mediaval armys didnt have plate armor mostly chain mail cause plate cost alot more to build and was more for the rich nobles and nobles where mostly pussys and only did just(thats what it was called?) or tournaments to increase ttheir fame and fortune so in total chain mail is the correct medieval armor :D

@bacalaitoxxx That I know. As I have made armor based on historical finds I think I hvae some knowlage in the matter. In the 15th century there were more plate armor than before, but the parts still didnt look like the ones on the drawing.

And the most comon armor during the midle ages was probably the gambeson/acton/padded jack - a multilayered jacket what could stop a week swordblow .

@loootad i think the reason that they used those jackets (dont remember well since i mostly like more the roman era)was cause still in that time the ppl not the king still had to buy the armor correct me if im wrong there, thats why that was the most common since farmers and towns ppl composed most of the armys by then correct me if im wrong there 2.
