Since 1968 the US has devolved into a petty and partisan country, moving closer to being a theocracy; sadly ironic as JFK was so groundbreaking in becoming the country's first Catholic President. We have moved so far from announcing "give us your tired and huddled masses yearning to be free" to being intolerant of others. RFK is possibly the last Democrat who could have moved the US to being part of a brave new world.
Bobby was Jack's stooge when he was Attorney General, you ask why look at their father. Joe Sr was an appeaser when was ambassador to England. Jack only for himself and proved that in the White House. Angels no, just men, with their own flaws. We saw what these men were and fate determined the lives.
