The old testament existed and was already in existence before the roman catholic church so we can't say its from the roman catholic church. And the new testament was written by various apostles and/or associates of the apostles, not members of the roman catholic church as we know it today.
For the catholic church to have "given" us the bible, they themselves would have had to of written it.
