The morse-test idea is nothing new, Brent. Back in high school, (1968 for me), we tried that. We would send dots with pencil eraser taps and dashes by dragging them across a book. Was going fine until the teacher shut us down. Turns out he was a radio ham. LOL

In medical school, I used to hear kids coughing in morse during the exam. There would be an calling cough and then a response cough. The calling cough was timed at one minute intervals, so everyone would know what question was being asked. I found this out when I imitated the calling cough one day and got a response. Dirtbags.

when i was in 8th grade,no one had iPods, everyone had the same MP3 (maybe because they sold it at the walgreens that was a street away from the school & it was under $30...)

so the MP3 recorded voice, so people would just record themselves saying the answers to the whole test, then play it during the test, claiming they needed music while doing the test. considering this was a ghetto school, teachers let us do w/e we wanted.

Me and my friends use Morse Code everyday to cheat on test LOL. We've been doing this for all the time we were in high school. Our physics teacher eventually caught up with us, and just had a very good laugh because he was impressed we learned the whole damn thing. It took a long time but so worth it in the end if you have people to do it with. Just imagine taking your frustration out on someone. You'd send them a letter saying "..._.---_..-.-..-.-....---" XD

Actually, it would've been better had you modified the morse code.

Instead of using the default "dots and dashes"...use a "caller" signal, the numbers, and a special code for the classic "ABCDE" system.

Caller = .-.-.-.-.-

A/F = ....

B/G = .-..

C/H = .--.

D/I = ..-.

E/J = .-.-

It's perfect, the caller cough be done in shoe taps, the number code in cough and sniffles, and the answer code in finger taps.

A couple of friends and I actually do this, only not using Morse code. We just tap with pencils in different ways for diff' sounds, and each sound has a numerical value. The first couple of taps is for the number you're asking about, and then the response is either the answer if math, the number down from the top if multiple choice, of if it is match with the letter, each number has a corresponding letter, so like 1-a 2-b ect. The taps we use are tip-1 full side tap-5 and then side and rub-10
