  • that awsome

  • If I had a penny for every pixel in this video, I would have a penny.

  • "& it took no energy at all"

    *gasps for breath*

  • its difficult to try on any fat guy

  • can i see this in slow monition? haha

  • a mirrored reverse Seoi Nage`?

  • Lol ill have to try this out on my friends xD !

  • so i understand the throw because its about the same thing as an arm throw in wrestling. what i don't understand is where you're going to get into that position in a fight because most fighters won't be that far bent over because it opens you up for knees. Any help?

  • I agree you will take knees in this position in a MMA match but it works well in judo, jiu jitsu or submission matches.

  • or applications on the street it would work well

  • u can get it easy up against a cage. karo often uses shoulder throws like that in ufc.

  • if you'll use this on the street the attacker wil fall like a mofo on the concrete and wont do anything...

  • It happens when your opponent is when your opponent is pushing you backwards. Often times, If you try to knee from here, you'll be thrown off balance because they have control of your wrist and head. To stop this, roll your wrist out of their control and throw a horizontal elbow to the temple, free your head, take full clinch and work your knees. if they half shell guard when you free your hand, throw the elbow uppercut instead. If they released your head to throw, free your hand and clinch.

  • i like doing this the going into a key lock. nice vid thanks

  • oh shit i go to la boxing in sj

  • ayyyyyy that is more uki waza or yoko wakare

  • i agree.. looks like yoko wakare to me.. im not a fan of these for no gi..

  • The only this is, that against a very strong opponent, grabbing and holding the wrist like that for long enough (even 2 or 3 seconds) is VERY difficult.

    Any suggestions ?

    Thanks !

  • @cburcinc Everything is difficult without a Gi if you have a good opponent. Most of the grabs and locks are not definitive in freestyle or grappling so you need to catch him off guard.
